“Not here?” Dodola paused. “Then where is it?”
“The Ice Demon Prefecture Master wasn’t in the prefecture usually as it stayed in the Ice Demon Snow Mountain most of the time, cultivating in the extreme cold on top of the mountain,” Meng Lei explained. “All its treasures, collections, and wealth are stored there!”
“So where is the Ice Demon Snow Mountain?” Dodola asked.
“Follow me.”
Meng Lei smiled faintly as he was about to leave with Dodola. Just then, a dozen of the Great Demon Gods who were previously watching the battle surrounded him suddenly.
Meng Lei raised an eyebrow.
What are they trying to do? Perhaps they are trying to take advantage of the situation?
The reality proved that Meng Lei overthought it. These Great Demon Gods flew over and bowed respectfully.
“Greetings, Prefecture Master!”

Meng Lei recognized this python. It was a divine beast that the Ice Demon Prefecture Master had caught to guard the shrine. It was as powerful as a normal Great Demon God.
“Archibald!” Master looked at the python and said, “The Ice Demon Prefecture Master you knew is now dead. The one standing before you is your new master!”
“What? Master is dead?”
The Heaven Devouring Python of the Depths was shaken as disbelief filled its eyes.
“You’re lying! How would my master die? Master ruled the prefecture, and it was a mid-level Great Demon God! Who could’ve killed it?”
“I killed it!”
Meng Lei said calmly. “I killed your Prefecture Master, and the prefecture is now mine, including its wealth too. Well, seeing that you have guarded the shrine, I can let you live on the condition that you submit to me.”
“My master is the mightiest I’ve seen. How could it be killed? You dare to fool me!”
The Heaven Devouring Python of the Depths roared and opened its bloody mouth and bit toward Meng Lei.

Meng Lei frowned as he pointed his finger. A chilly current with a purple glint shot into the body of the python.

Ice formed on the Heaven Devouring Python of the Depths starting from its huge mouth. After a few moments, the enormous slithering body was frozen in light purple ice.
“Mysterious Ice of The Depths! This is the Mysterious Ice of The Depths!”
Dodola was a little shocked. “What the heck! How did you manage to use the signature Special Ability of the Frost Gods?”
“I accidentally awakened the Frost Gods bloodline a while ago,” Meng Lei laughed as he explained.
“Accidentally...”
Dodola did not know what to say. It sighed. “You’re really assembling powerful bloodlines into one body!
“The Gods-Slaying Rat bloodline, Divine Netherworld Phoenix bloodline, Hundred-Armed Giant bloodline, the Frost Gods bloodline, and the Ancient Tree of Life bloodline!
“Monster! You’re a monster!”

Meng Lei laughed and walked straight toward the shrine with Dodola following closely behind.
The door was pushed open; it was empty. However, ice elements were extremely rich here, making it an ideal place for cultivation.

These chests crafted from solid ice were gleaming with a chilly glint, as colorful sparkles of the treasures could be seen through the transparent ice. The wealth of the Ice Demon Prefecture Master was in these chests!
“Wow!”
Dodola exclaimed softly as it flapped its wings and struck open an icy chest. It emitted a pure divine spirit wave as it contained Crystallized Divine Spirit Extracts.
