Frederick the 32nd laughed and asked, “President Fred, tell me, how old is Meng Lei this year? Has he challenged the Dragon God Tower yet? What’s impressive about him?”

President Fred cleared his throat. Then, his gaze swept across the whole venue, and he replied, “Your Majesty, Meng Lei has just reached 16 years of age this year. He’s a first-year student of the Fire Dragon Magic Academy. With his outstanding magic talent, he can be said to be the number one genius of the Fire Dragon Magic Academy within the last 10,000 years!
“Before the exchange competition, Meng Lei had never been to the Imperial City, so he hadn’t challenged the Dragon God Tower before. He did, however, visit the tower yesterday. His ranking as of this morning was 227th place at Level 40!”
A furor went through the crowd!

“President Luke, in your opinion, how does Meng Lei compare to Sachhen, Adil, Mond Aston, and the others from the Dragon God Academy?”

President Luke glanced at President Fred, his brows drawing together into a slight frown. Then, he replied, “In terms of talent alone, Sachhen, Adil, and the others certainly cannot compare to Meng Lei! But…”
President Luke changed the course of the conversation at this point and said resolutely and decisively, “When it comes to their strength, Sachhen, Adil, and the others are definitely stronger than him. 16 years of age is ultimately still too young!”
