A chuckling Meng Lei replied, “Don’t worry, I won’t.”
Then, he looked at the massive figure in the sky and asked, “Speaking of which, aren’t Golden Colossal Dragons royalty of the empire? That guy must have a really extraordinary identity, right?”
“Does ‘extraordinary’ even cut it? When it comes to the passing down of bloodlines, pure-blooded Golden Colossal Dragons have always only produced one offspring in every generation.”
Ol’ Amos shook his head as he went on. “Every emperor only produces one pure-blooded Golden Colossal Dragon offspring at the maximum. Considering how young that fellow is, if I’m not wrong, he’s likely the current emperor’s one and only pure-blooded son.”
“The emperor’s son? That guy is a prince of the empire?”
Meng Lei was shocked. Then, realization dawned upon him, and he remarked, “No wonder those contestants chose to swallow the insult and suffer in silence despite having their magic core stolen. So he’s a prince.”
“What, are you scared?” asked a mirthful Ol’ Amos.

“The ignorant are the bravest, indeed.” A snorting Ol’ Amos said, “In the Dragon God Empire, only pure-blooded Golden Colossal Dragons can inherit the throne. Do you know what that means?”

“It means that that fellow in front of you right now is going to ascend the throne and become the emperor in the future.
