Floor Guardians and Co-Guardians are a group of NPCs who manage the defence of their own floors and have the highest authority of all NPCs in the Great Tomb of Nazarick.
In Nazarick, Floor Guardian and Co-Guardians' roles were similar to stage bosses of a dungeon. Each of them manages the defensive system of their own floor respectively. For that reason, all of them have the highest authority among the NPCs, and most of them are very powerful level 100 NPCs.
And each level of the Nazarick has an assigned floor guardian and Co-Guardian.
The first two floors of Nazarick are controlled and guarded by Shalltear Bloodfallen.
Shalltear Bloodfallen is a true vampire. She was created by Peroroncino. Originally she was supposed to guard the first three floors of the Nazarick but later because of Arthur's presence, she was assigned to guard the first two floors.
Shalltear is a vampire of short stature and has the appearance of a buxom fourteen-year-old girl. She has pale shiny skin, seductive crimson-red eyes, and fine facial features. Shalltear's silver hair is tied in a ponytail through a large ribbon on top of it all, allowing others a full view of her face.
The third floor is guarded by Tatsumaki, Who is from a race called Celestial Human and she is created by Ancient One.
Her psychic ability is strong enough to terraform a large chunk of land mass.
The 4th floor's guardian is called Gargantua and the Co-Guardian is called Angrboda.
Gargantua, Unlike the other Guardians, is not a Custom NPC but a bonus won by Ainz Ooal Gown, when they captured the Great Tomb of Nazarick.
Angrboda is a female giantess. She is also a creation of the Ancient One. She has flame-red hair with golden irises and vertically split pupils.
Cocytus is the Floor Guardian of the 5th Floor in the Great Tomb of Nazarick. He is the creation of Warrior Takemikazuchi.
Cocytus has an enormous body size of 2.5 meters, Cocytus has the appearance of an insect walking on two feet - a fusion between a mantis and an ant.
Esdeath is the Co-Guardian on the 5th Floor in the Great Tomb of Nazarick. She is the creation of the Ancient One.
Esdeath was a tall, beautiful and slender woman with long, light blue hair and blue eyes. She wore General's apparel with long sleeves with buttons on the upper arms, a blue scarf on her neck and high-heeled boots. She also has a tattoo on her chest.
Aura Bella Fiora and Mare Bello Fiore are the Floor Guardians of the 6th floor of Nazarick. They both are dark elves.
Aura Bella Fiora is the older twin sister of Mare Bello Fiore and was created by Bukubukuchagama.
Demiurge is the Floor Guardian of the 7th Floor of the Great Tomb of Nazarick, the Commander of the NPC defences after Esdeath and the 3rd in command of the Floor Guardians. He is the creation of Ulbert Alain Odle.
Demiurge is described to be a tall demon with dark skin and nicely combed black hair. Behind the round glasses are eyes so squinted that they are not normally visible. Wearing a British suit with a tie, he is dressed like a gentleman. Behind his back is a silver tail, covered with metal plates and six long spikes at the end. In his humanoid form, Demiurge's pair of eyes lack eyeballs, in fact, shining jewels with numerous small cuts take the place of his eyeballs.
Antares is the Co-Guardian of the 7th floor, Antares can say to one of the powerful NPC of the Great Tomb of Nazarick. He is the creation of the Ancient One.
And in the flavour text, it is said that—the reason why Antares couldn't become the floor guardian is because of his destructive impulse. Due to the same reason, he was put under Demiurge.
Antares was a handsome middle-aged man with long red hair, a neatly trimmed red beard and glowing red eyes. He also wore silver-red armour with a high collar and a reddish-brown tailcoat.
Victim is the Floor Guardian of the 8th Floor of the Great Tomb of Nazarick. Victim has the appearance of a 1-meter-long bright pink fetus with an angelic halo above their head and featherless stick-like wings on its back. They do not have a neck of their own. In order to survey his surroundings, it is necessary for Victim to turn his entire body around.

The 9th and 10th floor doesn't have any Floor Gurdian, instead there are Area Guardians that guard their specific areas.
And the floor Guardian of the 11th floor is Aurora, she is an insanely beautiful woman with a mature woman charm. She is also the second in command of NPC after Albedo, she is also the overseer of Co-Guardian, she is the first NPC that Ancient One created also the strongest NPC in the whole tomb.
The last one is Albedo, she is the Overseer of the Guardians of the Great Tomb of Nazarick. She is in charge of the general management and supervision of the activities done by the Floor Guardians, meaning that she ranks above the other NPCs in Nazarick
