The door of the bathroom got opened and Adrain comes with only a towel hung around his waist
I felt a flutter in my tummy as I bounce back looking at him. even my mouth felt so dry just at looking at him
"Um, Adrian this comes for us," I said showing him that invitation card
he cursed lightly seeing it and putting it away in dresser with a frown
"Are we going there," I asked him while fidgeting my fingers
"NO.not we only I will go there there is no place for you in my life so stay away,'' he said while wearing his shirt with sweatpants
"But why," I asked as my lips pressed together. The invitation was of tomorrow's evening

I looked away while pressing my lips together I want to go there at that party I always used to love food especially expensive delicious food as I never get a chance to eat it because they used to lock me in the house whenever they used to go over parties
I shook my head I don't want to think about it anymore it always used to give me pain
"but invitation comes for both of us," I said while taping my feet so hard over the floor I don't want to miss delicious food I will get to eat there
but he didn't say anything and went towards bed ignoring my question
I looked at him frowning fine if he wants to play hard I am in now I will also see how he didn't take me there in that Banquet party.

I stared around the main hall of this amazing hotel
I never even imagined that I can be able to see such a beautiful luxury hotel in real life it's just so amazing, suddenly I bumped into someone and was about to fall my heart felt like coming to my throat
But, I felt someone grabbing my arm
I opened my eyes and stared at the woman who just saved me from getting hurt
She was looking some two years elder than me and had brown long hair wearing a Gucci gown, with expensive sandals even she is looking like a fashion week runway model with her perfect body and beautiful face
"Thank you," I said while stabling myself, I noticed she was wearing a diamond ring around her finger, so she is also married
"It's alright you should be careful," she said
"I will take care next time," I said to her it's so nice of her to save me from getting hurt
"Nice to meet you," she nodded and went towards the lobby, I stared at her back
I don't know why but it feels like this is not the last time I meet her like I will meet her again.
I shook my head I don't know what was wrong with my mind. I squeezed my eyes shut and then went towards the dinner lobby to eat something, I can order room service too even kitchen was also there in the penthouse but I want to explore this beautiful hotel too.

It was evening time and I just finished applying Mascara over my eyes.
I am wearing a beautiful off-shoulder blue prom gown; which is looking so beautiful and hugs every curve of my body like a second skin. all thanks to mom and Skylar who already sends a separate suitcase of beautiful prom gowns with other dresses with me from New York they are lifesavers, I can't even imagine what I do without them, I am so lucky to meet Adrian's mom and sister Skylar they are the best persons in my life, I think they are the result of all the good deeds I did in my life, no one supports me and always is at my back like the way they stand for me
I love them and now its time to fulfill the promise I did with Adrian's mom
Adrain denied to take me with him to party and I am also stubborn I won't let him leave without me now
finally, after setting up my hair I looked at myself in the mirror, it is perfect
I ran towards out from bedroom I saw Adrian going out from penthouse he was wearing an expensive grey Armani suit
I ran out of stairs after wearing my silver sandals, to follow him towards the car I am already late I don't want him to leave me here
just as he was about to drive the car
"wait, Adrian," I screamed and ran towards his car to catch up with him finally. I made towards his car and quickly grabbed the handle and opened it and sit there breathing heavily
he looked at me wide-eyed like he is looking at a ghost beside him
"what the hell," he said
"what, I told you already I want to come with you but you are as hard as stone not wanting to take me with you so I have to do this," I shrugged beside him he squeezed his eyes shut while repeatedly running his hand over his hair
"don't do that it will ruin your hair," I said
"shut up" he snapped frowning
"calm down don't you think we are getting late for the party it's not a wise decision to argue instead of being there at the party," I said while wiggling my eyebrows at him
he breathed heavily while tilting his head to the upper and finally starts his car anyway
"you don't tell me how am I looking," I asked while looking at him smiling I don't know but today I want to tease him he looks so cute when he was angry with me but he ignored me as usual
finally, we arrived at the venue of the party it's one of the fives star hotels where the party is held
I looked around as I saw many couples in expensive suits and gowns going towards where the banquet party is held
I quickly follow him up and linked my arm with his
"You want to make a single entry in the party even after having a beautiful wife with you," I smirked while looking at him from the corner of my eyes
He frowned looking at me
"What...," I trailed and looking around acting like innocent
My eyes were searching for the only thing for which I am here
The food section, I looked around this place, it was very posh with a stunning interior and everyone here is looking so posh.
Finally, my yearning eyes found the food section as Adrian was busy with some people talking to them
I quickly make my way towards the food section.
