Sengoku declared, "Straw Hat, surrender!"
Just as Sengoku moved to capture him, a gust of wind swept through the air.
Luffy's father, Dragon, appeared.
"Luffy, leave this to me. I'll hold off Sengoku!"
"Dragon! You actually came, and you intend to fight?"
Dragon, a former Marine and familiar with Sengoku and Garp, possessed incredible power.
But his injuries weren't fully healed. He could only buy Luffy time.
Luffy, his body weakened, limped towards Ace, gritting his teeth in pain.
But the desire to save Ace surged through him.
"Ace, I'll save you!"
The Dawn Bird leader, wielding Ryūjin Jakka, descended from the heavens, followed by Ryuya controlling the Susanoo.
"Time's up! Execute!"
The executioner, seeing Zero, gulped but raised his blade.
This was Ryuya's plan.
Ryuya's Bijo Bijo no Mi created terrifying illusions, and Armament Haki coated them, attacking Zero.
Zero countered with Ryūjin Jakka.
White Dove Ryuya's role was complete, and Zero's identity had been revealed via the Den Den Mushi broadcast.
Only Ace's rescue remained.
The executioner raised his blade towards Ace.
Luffy, his Gear Third broken, was powerless. The distance between him and Ace felt insurmountable.
Tears streamed down his face.
The executioner's blade fell.
Swish! The blade sliced through Ace's head.
Everyone stopped, staring in disbelief.
