CHAPTER TEN
He retreated again.
Moving closer and closer to him, she coldly and seductively says, "This is what men want, isn't it?" Then, she pursed her lips.
Anton, on the other hand, didn't know what to do or say. He was trying hard to avoid her, but she was seducing him. Then, at an unexpected moment, she suddenly pulled him into her.
Looking at his gloomy eyes, she softly asks, "Am I not enough?" Then, suddenly, the sadness could be seen through her brown little eyes.
Anton just shook his head in response to her question.
Somehow, a smile appeared on her face, then, moved closer to him again.
Without his permission, she grabbed his face gently and gave him a quick sweet, and passionate kiss.
In shock, his eyes widened, and couldn't believe what she had done.
Why she kissed him?... Is she out of her mind?...
Looking at each other, when he came back to his senses after a minute, he pushed her slowly away from him. He doesn't want her to do it unconditionally.
Unconditionally?...so, he wants her to do it conditionally?...hmm
Smiling in full lust, seductively says, "Relax, you're too elusive." Then, again, without his permission, she forcibly kissed him again.
Oh! O MiO Dio! What's wrong with that girl?...
Because Anton couldn't stand it anymore, he kissed her back, and their tongues played each other. Exchanging saliva.
Then, when he came back to his senses again, thinking it was wrong, he pushed her away from him again slowly.
It's wrong, definitely wrong. Why did he kiss her back?...
This shouldn't be happening. A woman like her is not a good influence on him. She's getting his attraction...what if he gives in?
She is not thinking. It's not because she was drunk, she should do it now. Is this what made her cry so she wants to try what it feels like?
Taking a deep breath, he ordered, "Go to sleep." Then, he looked away so as not to see her reaction and look into her beautiful eyes.
She sneered, "Don't give up on what should happen. When you kissed me back, I had no complaints, so stand by it."
Upon saying those words, she pulled him closer to her and claimed his lips again. He couldn't help it so he retaliated.

Deep in thought, Anton didn't notice Ariella who was holding an umbrella because it was raining. She's walking and will approach him, but he didn't even notice her.
Sighing, he looked down, resonating with those words he had heard earlier.
Why did it keep coming back to his mind?
"Honey butter," Ariella called.
Seems like every single moment of them are coming back. As in, every single moment that they were together. Flashing back to his mind.
Is he still in the moving-on process? Or he just can't let her go?...
But he was married to Ariella…
"Honey butter," she gently called, looking at him in confusion, and waiting for him to come back to his senses.
He was still somewhere with those memories… just memories….
Tapping his shoulder, she calls, "My husband?"
Then, he finally came back to his senses when Ariella tapped his shoulder. He blinked twice and didn't know what to say upon seeing his wife, Ariella.
Seeing his wife's warm smile for him, giving him a warm look, he thought of something.
Will I learn to love you more than Cindy?
Will you love me and trust me too?
Will you also leave me when I have no time for you? Will you understand me?
…those questions he has in mind.
"Are you okay?" she coldly asked.
He glanced at her. Nodding, he stammered, "Yea-yeah."
"Why are you here? Did you meet your client's sister?" she asked.
Thinking of an answer, he remembered his client's sister, Cindy, his ex-fiancée, and Clint Eastwood, Cindy's fiancée.
Clearing his throat, he replied, "She wasn't here." Then, he gave her a cold smile.
He lied to his wife again. Why can't he just tell her the truth? Maybe Ariella will understand everything. He doesn't need to hide everything from her when it comes to Cindy….
"Maybe we should go?"
He exhales sharply, he says, "We must go home." Then, he took a deep breath and held her hand. "I want to rest with my wife," he almost whispered along with a warm smile on his face.
Feeling so exhausted, he pretend to be okay so as not to make Ariella worry for him. As long as he can handle everything, he will not tell her.
He didn't know how long it will take to feel the pain, but he will do everything he could just to avoid missing a person he can't have anymore.
He was married, and she was engaged.
He chose to marry her to let himself love another woman again. To be able to forget, he needs Ariella and will try his best to love her more than he could.
"Are you feeling tired, honey butter?" Ariella asked as she prepares their dinner.
Anton smiles faintly and glanced at Ariella with a soft look in his eyes. "No," he shortly replied, and then approached her.
Making his coffee, Anton softly massaged her shoulder and whispered in her ear, "Are you tired, my wife? Do you want to take a rest now?"
His breath made her tremble because she knew what he meant. His words made her freeze and stopped what she was doing.
She felt his lips touch her ear. She could clearly hear him breathing.
Is he going to…
She shrugged. "I'm not tired yet," she responded. Then, she faced him.
There was no distance between them. With one single move, they will be able to kiss each other again.
Sweetly smiling like it can melt her heart and staring at her like it can make her frozen or can make her a living statue.
Melting like an ice cream…
She's going insane…
He suddenly chuckled, "Are you done looking at your handsome husband?" He raised his eyebrows with a slight smile on his gorgeous face.
She swallowed and awkwardly nodded, but quickly shook her head as swiftly.
He chuckled as his smile grew bigger and sweeter than ever. He said in a soft tone of his voice, "If I am an ice cream, I will melt."
Ariella chuckled a bit and lowered his gaze to avoid directly looking at him.
Let us say, she…. She's afraid…
Afraid of what?...
"But you will be addicted to licking me," he mockingly continued and glanced at her with his seductive look.
Ariella couldn't help but laugh at how corny he was. She glanced up at him and caught him staring at her. She couldn't take her eyes off him.
She knew what would happen. She knew that kind of technique.
Eventually, he brought his face much closer to her without taking his eyes off her. Then, his fingers grazed over her neck.
Saying so softly that it can make her an iced statue, "Will you spend some time with your husband?"
Blinking just like she was out of herself, she nodded.
He grinned and then wrapped his arms around her waist. Their body pressed together.
"Look at me in the eye." He weakly ordered which she immediately obeyed.
Breathing….
Heart beating fast…
The pounding of her chest…
Parting her hair behind her ear, he started to drop small kisses.
