Hao Ren stepped out of the palace, and headed back to the forging room in Iron Mountain City. He didn't waste anytime, his mind was flooded with anger and hatred towards the people who tried to mess it up for his wife.
As he came out of the forging room, with a drop of blood levitating over his palm, he spotted Ye Yue sitting in the living room with a calm visage and she asked, "Is everything at home settled?"
Hao Ren nodded and asked, "Do you have the information that we might need to counter this guy?"
Ye Yue nodded and said, "I have asked the shadows to monitor the movements of several people, however, this one place is very dubious and suspicious to me."
Hao Ren raised his brow and asked, "What do you mean?"
He sat down across her on the couch and Xiao Yu stepped over to pour him tea."
Ye Yue said, "In past twenty four hours, the Ming Family, a small scale family has sent out around seventy messaging talismans to communicate with someone. I have no ability to catch the talismans or to follow them but I can tell that something is off because the talismans all have a similar spiritual aura stain on them."
She looked at the young man thinking a few things before she looked at the drop of blood above his palm and asked, "What are you going to do with this drop of blood?"
She was curious about his plan of action and the young man said, "Give me a minute and you will know."
He used his left hand to emit sword intent and carved a pentagram on the ground. Then he used the sword to carve out a few runes around the pentagram and the drop of blood was let go to fall on the ground. Then Hao Ren made a few hand seals and chanted an incantation under his breath before the drop of blood began to squirm and then it evaporated.
The runes began to glow and a few of them formed an ethereal runes condensed from the spiritual energy. The young man smiled and said, "Can you understand these runes, Yue?"
Ye Yue looked at the glowing runes and said, "Yes, I can, they are telling us the coordinates of the person this blood belonged to."
Hao Ren nodded and said, "Half right, they are showing us the coordinate of the next of the kin. The person from whom I procured this drop of blood is dead. Now to confirm that these people are really related to the Demon Moon Empire, we will use the modified spiritual array that Xiao Mei came up with."
Ye Yue looked at him and said, "Double verification."
Hao Ren nodded and tossed the crystal ball he had confiscated and used the array to sense where the others were, after ten minutes, he opened his eyes and said, "The first location is same as the one we found in the blood detection. Let's go and see who it is."
Ye Yue nodded, "Yes, they might not have realized that their people have been killed, let's go."
Hao Ren and Ye Yue were stepping outside the house when they found Samaira, standing at the door waiting for them. The young man asked, "Are you here with the details?"
Samaira nodded and said, "We have been suspicious of these people."
She took out the jade slip and passed it to Hao Ren, who sensed it with his spirit and then passed it to Ye Yue, after reading the details she said, "Hmm, this adds the third layer to our suspicion. The address of the Heem Family matches with the one we found."
Hao Ren nodded and said, "Let's go and deal with them."

The trio flew away from the spot and they headed to the eastern district of the city. That was where the Heem family one of the overlords who held command over seven Star Iron mines, they were one of the powerful families and they originated seven hundred years ago.
However, during this entire time, they had never been too ostentatious. They didn't give the impression of a strong family, while they were not very generous, they were not too cruel either.

Hao Ren waved his hand and Ye Yue took out a guqin, then she began to strum the strings and a mellow music echoed around the Heem mansion. Samaira was shocked, and she tried to peer intothe mystery of the music and Hao Ren said, "You will become a mindless puppet if you don't stop now. Yue, is a master of illusion, even with your strong soul you won't be able to get out of her trap."
Samaira shivered, and she wanted to question what he meant when an old man appeared before them. The person had a long white beard, and looked very fragile as the director said, "Ancestor Heem."
Hao Ren looked at the old man and asked, "Are you the person who sent people to attack my wife?"
The old man raised his brow and said, "The quality of young people is getting…"
His words had yet to finish when Hao Ren waved his hand and the old man was taken aback. The next moment, his right arm was chopped off cleanly from the shoulder joint.

Hao Ren nodded and said, "He will be the one who confess of his identity and the crimes of his family at the city square."
Samaira nodded and the next moment, she saw that the waves of sounds turned into blades and directly chopped the heads of the people indiscriminately.

This man that you see before you, is the ancestor of the Heem family. Yes, the same Heem Family that vanished yesterday."
The people were surprised. Samaira said, "Ancestor Heem will now tell you about the reasons why his and many other people were dealt in such a manner. The Artifact Council hopes that all of the citizen will stand together and they will make sure to not leak the news of what happened and alert the enemy.
