"What? You are pregnant?"
"Yes, Mom. I don't know what I should do now. Mom, please tell me what should I do now."
"My child, Do as you heart say to you. All I can say is when I was pregnant with you my condition was like you too. But still I have you and I am really greatfull that you are my daughter. I must say my decision was right to keep you. You are the only one that reminds me of your father. "
"Mom, I will keep this child no matter what happen. It's my Zordan's child, I will keep it mom."
Dorthy started crying.
"Don't cry my dear. All will be okay. Now sleep. From today you have to be very careful."
Next day when dorthy woke up she heard her door bell was ringing. She opened the door and saw Adam. He came with so much food with him, also the necessary thing for pregnancy.
"What are you doing here, Adam?"
"I came here to see you, DOrthy. How are you now? Are you okay now?"
"Yeh, I am feeling good now...."
And suddenly Dorthy felt like vomiting. She ran to the washroom and throw out everything from her stomach. After that she wash her everything and change cloths. When she went outside, she saw Adam was talking with her mother.
"Hey are you okay?"
"I don't know why suddenly I am feeling like throwing up everything."
"It's morning sickness my child. Seat here and take rest."
Dorthy sat on the chair , she was feeling so weak.
"Dorthy, Adam said he is the boss of yours."
"yeh, mom"
"Dorthy, I think you should take some rest for someday. Take holiday."
"No need, Adam. I am all right I can work."
"I am your boss,Dorthy. I am giving you holidays. So just take rest for now."
Dorthy didn't go the work for 1week. After her holidays when she get back to her work she found that she got promotion. Now she is the manager."
When she heard the news she ran to Adam's office room.
"What are you doing, Adam?"
"what ?"
"Why did you give me the promotion?"
"Cause you deserve it."
"I don't deserve it Adam. I didn't even graduated."
"That doesn't matter. In this condition you can't work as bartender. That will be bad for the baby. So I I think you are pretty much okay for the manager job"
"Adam, Thank you for your thinking but I don't think I can do that."
"And I think you can do it Dorthy. And also you will need more money for your baby. You can't live with your child in that shabby place."
Dorthy think about it, what Adam was saying is right.
"Okay, thank you Adam. I will try my best to prove myself as manager."
"That's good. Best of luck."
Dorthy left Adam's room and went to her office room which was nicely decorated for herself. All the necessary things that a pregnant women need all were there for Dorthy. When she was about to go to the washroom she heard some girls were talking about her.
"Hey, did you listen that Dorthy is our new manager. She didn't even graduated. How could she be a manager."
"Yeh, I also heard that. Who knows what she did. I think she had connection with the boss. Didn't you see that night how boss took her to the hospital."
"Yeh, I think she seduced our boss. That cheap girl. This type of girl should die."
After hearing this Dorthy's heart were aching. She couldn't bear this and ran to her room.
