I decided to go grocery shopping today with Rainer. I can't contact Jazzy, that's why I decided to go grocery shopping alone, after all, Rainer was with me.
I called Tita and Tito earlier while Rainer showered. I asked if I could take him with me because they might wonder why their son hasn't come home yet. Fortunately, Tita trusted me.
I was biting my lower lip while looking at my phone. Somethings weird. Why can't I contact Jazzy? She always answers my text or my calls. This is the first time that she's cannot be reached.
I typed a message for Jazyy. I'm worried. This is her first time. Where the hell is she?
Me:
Jazziyah! Where the hell are you? Why are you not answering my texts and calls? Are you okay? If you read this text please reply asap.
After I hit the send button the door of my room opened. I looked at the door and suddenly smiled when I saw Rainer coming out of it.
I rose up from my seat and immediately went to him. I wrapped my arms around his waist before smelling his neck.
"You smell like me." I giggled while sniffing him.
Rainer chuckled while raking his wet hair "I used your shower gel."
My brows furrowed because of confusion "I bought you a shower gel. You didn't saw it? They are right next to my shower gel."
"I saw it but I didn't use it. I like your smell more." He mumbled lowly.
I smiled because of what he said. My heart swelled with so much happiness. He likes my damn smell! The butterflies in my stomach rejoice knowing that he likes my smell.
We went to the mall in the other town to buy groceries. Being his teacher is a hindrance for us to be seen together. What just entered my mind and why did I think of entering their school to be his teacher?.
Of course the damn answer is I want to see my baby everyday. So I thought of becoming his teacher. Did I make the wrong decision? Should I just leave? Silly if I will do that I will not see my handsome baby everyday.
I intertwined our fingers before we walked inside the mall. I smiled because there were only a few people. Less people less problems.
First we went to the meat section. Rainer is the one who pushes the cart while I shop and put what I can choose in the cart. Actually this is my first time doing grocery after so many years. Jazzy always buys my food sometimes, my staff.
I'm always at home. Ever since Daddy passed away, I don't feel like going grocery shopping anymore. The three of us always do grocery every time we run out of stocks. Daddy doesn't agree that someone else buys our food and especially Mommy. But since Daddy died, everything suddenly changed.
My life changed suddenly.
I was busy looking for my favorite chocolate when a hand suddenly covered my eyes. I felt someone's presence behind my back.
I smell the familiar perfume of someone. But that's not my baby's scent!
"Who the fuck are you?" I firmly asked while clenching my fist.
One wrong fucking move and I will kick your ass asshat.
The guy behind me chuckled causing my hair to stand up. His laugh seems so familiar to me!
I carefully held the hands of the person behind me before I slowly faced him.
"Hey my little princess." His deep baritone voice echoed inside my ears.
My lips parted as I stared at the smiling face of the man I never expected to see in the past year.
"Spence..." I uttered while looking intently at him.
Spence smiled sweetly at me before he raked my whole body.
"You grow a lot. Little princess." he said with a silly smile on his lips.
I rolled my eyes at him before crossing my arms above my chest. After so many years of missing, he's back? I haven't heard from him since he left the country. Why did he come back here? So his family come back from abroad? Just when?
"So you came back." I asked him while raising my right eyebrow.
He clicked his tongue before nodding his head.
"Good for you then." I uttered coolly before turning my back on him. But I hadn't gone far when he suddenly pulled my arm. I faced him again.
"Don't you miss me anymore?" He asked laughing.
I raised an eyebrow at him "Why would I? Who are you?" I asked sharply while staring into his green eyes.
"Ouch that hurts, how can you forget a handsome man like me? Huh Ireland?" He teased.
My face crumpled because of what he called me.
"Stop calling me that. I'm not a country you fucktard." I hissed annoyingly at him.
He laughed loudly causing other buyers to look at him. Fortunately, there were only a few people.
Spence slowly caressed my hair while his playful smile is plastered on his face. Irritated, I shoved his hand from my hair. I don't want anyone to touch me except my baby. Rainer will be the only one who can touch me.
"You're still the same huh. Nothing has changed."
Spence said with a smile. Why does something seem to have changed in him? He is not the same Spence I know. He physically changed a lot. He looked more matured now. Looks like time changes him a lot. Fortunately, as I was looking at him right now I can really said that he changed a lot.
Spence courted me a long time ago. I think I was 18 at that time. But I don't have feelings for him. Our family is close friends to their family. He always teased me before. He always annoys the hell out of me but I don't give a fuck about him. I don't like him and I don't want to be friends with him. I'm just being casual towards him.
Spence is handsome. I give him that. But I just don't like his vibe. Especially his mother. I don't like Tita Spirra vibe. The way she smiles at me is so creepy as fuck. But Spence is good to me. He's a gentleman when it comes to me.
I wonder how his life was going now.
"How was your life going Ireland?" He asked while his hands were on the pockets of his slacks.
"I'm doing fine and good. How 'bout you?" I asked him curiously.
He shrugged his shoulder and laughed lowly "Still the same. But I'm good."
I nodded because of what he said. That's good. I'm happy because he's okay.
"Why are you here by the way?" Spence asked me curiously.
My lips parted because of his question "I'm doing grocery. The stock at home is running low."
He nodded while frowning "Why here? This mall is far from your house right?" He asked curiously.
I wanted to leave in front of him and look for Rainer but I couldn't think of a reason to answer his question. Damn where the heck is Rainer? Why did he take so long... he just bought something but why did he take so long to come back.
"I want to do my grocery here. There's nothing wrong with that right?" I uttered while smiling at him.
He looked at me suspiciously. I cleared my throat before speaking again. I should avoid him and this damn topic.
"Nice to see you again Spence. Welcome back. By the way I have to go." I smiled sincerely at him before turning my back on him.
But the second time I haven't gotten far. He held out my arm again. But I suddenly blinked when he suddenly hugged me tightly.
It was so tight that I couldn't breathe. I was shocked by his sudden move. But I was more shocked when I saw Rainer looking at me. With his hurt brown orbs he looked directly at my blue orbs.
I saw how he fisted his hand while looking hurt. Using my strength I pushed Spence away from me. I was glad when he let me go. but before I could utter a word to called Rainer. He already turned his back on me.
