"Sup." Daiki greeted him, collapsing into his seat and kicking his feet up on the desk casually once more.
Kankuro looked at him, then looked away, ignoring him, utterly dismissing him even and looking over the test sheet in front of him.
Well, whatever. Daiki placed his own test sheet on the table, face down. Then he activated his Shinkugan to see through the paper itself and began trying to read the letters of the questions backwards.
As long as he was waiting here for the exam to start, he may as well get some form of grind in. 'Never know when some crazy pants is gonna trap me in a crazy genjutsu that will warp my sense of direction or something after all.' he mused.
Hmm, actually, he should plan for that ever happening. Itachi could probably do that to him. He didn't plan on getting Kurenai'd anytime soon, ever actually.

Not long later, once everyone was seated Ibiki went on to explain the rules of the exam. Daiki only listened with a half ear, especially because most of the exam rules here, didn't effect him as much since he was going solo right now, he didn't need to worry about anyone's points but his own.

On instinct, Daiki tilted his head, a kunai whizzing right past him and stabbing into the desk behind him, "Seventy-six, you're out." Ibiki declared.
'Already?' Daiki blinked. It had been less than three minutes.
He could feel a number of eyes on him due to his relaxed position, but he ignored them, idly looking at his test questions.
Number one was a cryptogram, number two was a problem solving question involving a shuriken, a target of seven metres in a tree and in what ways one could use the shuriken to take them out.
To be perfectly honest, going through questions from one to nine, he figured he could only answer about four of them reliably on his own.
'How should I cheat?' he mused, placing his pencil on the bridge of his nose and balancing it.
He could easily just check out one of the planted chunin pretending to be genin and copy their answer sheet.
Or he could even just copy Sakura.
…But the whole reason he was even in this exam was to show off. So he needed to stand out not only to the examiners, but to everyone else as well.
Simple and straight forward then?
'That'll do it.' Daiki grinned lightly, looking around with his eyes and finding anyone near him with a completed test sheet already.
One just a few rows in front of him.
Pulling his feet from the desk, Daiki stood up from his seat and walked his way down to the Chunin plant.

He stopped beside the chunin. He noted the man blinking and turning to look at him in confusion, his mouth o-

"Number 69, that's two points!" Ibiki warned him.
And he still had eight left.
Sitting down, he scribbled out the chunin's name and wrote his own, then kicked his feet back up and closed his eyes and began relaxing again.
"Alright new rule maggots, anyone pulling the same as this guy gets automatically disqualified!" Ibiki amended the rules a moment later before anyone else could copy him.

Within the observation room overseeing the first exam, silence prevailed. Despite the fact there was a variety of jonin multiple villages, none made a sound for a good few seconds.

"Yeah, that's him." Kakashi confirmed with a nod.

"Which is kind of the point," Kakashi shrugged, "Hokage-sama put him in to attract attention, he's just following orders really."
"I get that, but still," Asuma shook his head and chuckled, "Kid has to have a massive set of balls on him, was he like that with you when you tested him Kurenai?" he looked to his side and asked.
"Indeed, he was." Kurenai confirmed. She resisted the urge to sigh, she was doing her best to ignore the boy and focus on her own team.
