Before setting off, Kazuki had instructed Kaze that in these shady places, it was best to act arrogantly.
The more arrogant you act, the more they’ll trust you.

The manager was a seasoned veteran. They all did unscrupulous work. As long as it made money, everything else was secondary.
Even very important information could be bought and sent directly to headquarters for sale.
Even if the five great ninja villages were furious, they wouldn’t destroy bounty offices worldwide, would they?
"Let’s hope so."
Kaze, putting on an imposing demeanor, took out several pieces of information and placed them on the table.
The manager quickly picked up a scroll and opened it.
Information, unlike bounty missions, needed to be personally reviewed to determine its value.

This group of people, willing to do anything for money, might indeed give the Third Hokage and Danzo a big surprise.
In the Daimyo’s mansion, the Daimyo, as skinny as a bamboo stick, lay on a lounge chair, enjoying the maid’s service and watching the beautiful dance of the dancers below.
What ordinary people dream of envying as a beautiful life was merely a daily spice for the Daimyo.
"Daimyo, there’s something important to report."
At this time, an aide rushed in.

Bored, he yawned and waved his hand, signaling the maids and dancers to leave.

"Alright, let’s take a look."
He casually shook the scroll, and after several attempts, finally opened it.
When the Daimyo’s lazy gaze landed on the scroll for just a few seconds, his eyes widened, and his previously boneless body suddenly sat up straight. His lazy voice raised several octaves, becoming sharp and trembling:
"How dare he?"
"Where did this scroll come from? Is it an enemy nation’s fake news?"
The aide was also startled by the Daimyo’s reaction and quickly explained:
"The scroll was purchased from the bounty office. It’s said that their information accuracy is high. They even know about Konoha’s Root, so the source must be reliable."
"Even if someone is spreading rumors, it indicates a problem. Daimyo, remember how Shimura Danzo treated you when the Fourth Hokage was appointed?"
The Daimyo tried to recall and was shocked.
When the Third Hokage nominated Namikaze Minato as the Fourth Hokage, Danzo nominated Orochimaru. The Daimyo, however, preferred Minato.
After all, Minato was a young, handsome man with a good reputation and strong abilities. He looked much more pleasing than Orochimaru.
So, he supported Minato becoming Hokage.
But Danzo gave him a chilling glare. The Daimyo still remembered Danzo’s cold, murderous eyes.
Yes, that terrifying look.
Danzo, damn Danzo, what does he want? To kill me and take my place?
The more the Daimyo thought about it, the angrier he became.
"Send a message to Hiruzen, asking what they intend to do! Do they really want to support someone else and get rid of me?"
In the chaotic and betrayal-filled ninja world, the Daimyo’s safety was oddly unimportant.
No one would think of assassinating the Daimyo, except for a few insane individuals.
Despite the fierce competition and conflicts among the five great ninja villages, the Daimyos of the five great nations had good relations.
The same was true for the Daimyos of many small countries.
Everyone was intermarried and related. The Daimyos were the bottom line; anything was acceptable, except for assassinating a Daimyo.
Given the weak protection for the Daimyo, if assassinations were allowed, who knows how many times they would have died.
