Sarutobi Lian kicked the man, sending him flying. "Old man, didn't I tell you to stop? Why are you still moving?"
The old man fell to the ground, struggling but unable to get up.
The others could only watch, angry but too afraid to speak up, their faces filled with frustration.
"Why are you attacking people for no reason?" Uchiha Shisui couldn't stand it anymore and stepped forward to help the old man up, glaring at Sarutobi's Police Forces.
The old man was elderly, and using violence could easily hurt him!
"Oh, Uchiha Shisui? What brings you here?" Sarutobi Lian recognized Shisui, his eyes narrowing. "This isn't Uchiha territory. You'd better not cause trouble!"
Shisui frowned, clearly displeased.

The elderly man who had just spoken with Shisui was furious upon hearing this. They had no choice but to leave, but this was still his home—why couldn't he come back?

Uchiha Shisui's expression changed as he watched. He had been busy with missions or at the Uchiha compound recently and hadn't realized the situation in the Sarutobi Police Force's area was this bad. It was laughable!
