At Outpost Three, Wayne sat on the sofa sipping tea, with the well-behaved Church nun Mona standing by his side.
As the portal opened, Jeliff staggered in with four Black Robe minions in tow, and he fired his gun the moment he could.
One of the Black Robes fell to the ground as Wayne bluntly said, "Get lost. This is my turf, and the master has ordered that now is not the time for conflict with you."
Closing the portal behind him, Jeliff, not caring that his minion had been killed by Wayne, hurriedly said, "There’s a traitor, agents from the Church are coming."
"Nonsense, the portal requires a key to enter or exit; without the master’s consent, no one can come in. How could there possibly be people from the Church here!"
Wayne laughed heartily, patting Mona beside him, "There is one, but she’s already been ’ruined’ by me."
"Believe me, there really is a traitor."
Seeing Bruce’s disbelief, Jeliff was almost frantic. He didn’t even glance at the cast-off, looking upset as he said, "There might have been a small problem when I was recruiting, which gave the Church the opportunity to plant a spy, but now is not the time to talk about that. Your place is very safe; the Church people can’t attack in here."
In the midst of their conversation, a booming sound occurred, and a black fissure tore open as Artley walked in, holding a Holy Spear.
"Damn it, you’re the traitor!"
Startled, Wayne pulled the trigger, firing repeatedly: "Jeliff, so it was you, you little bastard, who led the enemy here."
After several gunshots, all of Jeliff’s minions were down. He looked at the metal heap that had unexpectedly entered Outpost Three, unable to defend himself: "It wasn’t me, it has nothing to do with me, Bruce, believe me, I’m loyal to the master, I’m really not the traitor."
"The enemy’s already here, and you expect me to believe you?"
Wayne emptied the magazine and, tossing his gun aside, shouted at Jeliff, "It’s no use talking to me, prepare to face the master’s wrath."
With that, he opened a portal, intending to escape.
But he did not manage to escape; the key had stopped working.
Wayne’s face showed surprise, uncertain whether it was the Church’s doing, or if the Thousand-Eyed Demon had come.
He pinched Mona surreptitiously at her waist and bellowed, "Jeliff, the portal has been sealed; what on earth did you do?"
Jeliff, who was nearly beside himself with injustice, didn’t dare face the iron heap. After trying the portal, which could return to Outpost Two, he turned and dived back through it.
He was quick to escape, opening and closing the door in one smooth motion, not giving Wayne a chance to pass through.
On Wayne’s side, Artley unleashed a punch, sending the ’traitor’ who had been used as a shield flying, then raised his hand to draw, trapping Wayne on the spot with Holy Light.
"I’ll deal with you later."
Artley gave Wayne a deep look, just as curious as Mona to see what kind of face was beneath the mask.
Artley sprinkled Holy Light, purging the filth within Mona, who, bathed in sanctity, was cleansed on the spot.
"I’ve temporarily sealed the Devil’s thoughts. Keep an eye on him, and don’t be deceived by his smooth words again."
"Understood, captain."
Mona bowed to accept the order, and when she looked up, Artley had already leapt into the Spatial Fissure, returning to fight at Outpost Two. She sneered at Wayne, tauntingly saying, "My master, you must have been so pleased when you were ’toying’ with me!"

Besides, you know very well whether there was any ’toying’ or not!
Wayne snorted coldly, turning his head toward the side: "Don’t be too pleased with yourself. This place has been sealed. As soon as my master returns, you’re all dead."
"You’re certainly loyal, but your master has never valued you," Mona replied as she circled the Holy Light cage twice, her gaze growing more malicious. For some unknown reason, she suddenly reached out and pinched Wayne’s buttocks fiercely.

Mona approached Wayne, reaching to remove the mask covering his face. Sensing Wayne’s indifferent eyes, she swallowed quietly.

The portal opened, and Jeliff was thrown onto the ground like a broken sack. His face covered in blood, seeing Wayne trapped and captured he lost the last shred of hope.
The Holy Spear pierced through the portal, nailing Jeliff to the ground. Holy Flame burst forth, burning him to nothing but ash.
Wayne was secretly alarmed. Jeliff was not weak, certainly stronger than Mona; he would need a little headstart to ensure victory. According to Teacher Hefei’s assessment, Jeliff was at the pinnacle of the Silver Cross, half a step into the highest realm.
He would have fit in well as a sacrifice in the Naturalism Church, but in Artley’s hands, he wasn’t even worth as much as a dead dog.
