"Since you’re reborn, don’t use your old name."
The Thousand-Eyed Demon did not ask for the lackey’s previous name and pondered, "From now on, your name is Bruce, understand?"

"What’s the matter, didn’t understand?"
"No, I understood very clearly, overwhelmed by the new life granted by my master, I momentarily forgot to express my gratitude." Wayne hurriedly explained.

Nearby, Jeliff looked deeply aggrieved. The master had recruited a new underling and personally bestowed powers upon him, feeling a lump in his throat as if part of his love had been divided away.
The Thousand-Eyed Demon wouldn’t care about Jeliff’s thoughts. Even knowing them made no difference; he waved his hand to open a portal, stepping through it: "Bruce, follow me, I have a task for you."

Wayne hoisted Mona onto his shoulder and quickly followed the Thousand-Eyed Demon.
"Why bring this woman?" The Thousand-Eyed Demon voiced his dissatisfaction. A dog should simply obey, not entertain superfluous thoughts.
Particularly lust, which couldn’t help but remind the Thousand-Eyed Demon of one of the Seven Great Demon Kings, powerful, cruel, wicked, and yet so entrancing to him, he longed to die on their belly.
It was a particularly awful memory, one that shattered the Thousand-Eyed Demon’s pride and made him infamous in Hell’s jokes.
"She is a nun from the Heavenly Father’s Court, I’ve been entangled with her for a long time, killing her directly would be too easy for her."
Wayne’s lips curved up wickedly as he pinched his thigh hard, a fierce gleam in his eye: "I want her to know what Hell is, to strip her of her sanctity and pride, to destroy everything with my own hands, and only when she’s completely corrupted by desire will I send her to the Heavenly Father’s Court."
"That is acceptable."
The answer greatly pleased the Thousand-Eyed Demon, true to the corrupted thoughts he had instilled, as dark as his own.

The Thousand-Eyed Demon projected himself into Wayne, the nun becoming akin to the Lust of the Seven Great Demon Kings, dispelling his initial anger and chattily passing on many little techniques for tormenting people to Wayne.
Wayne pushed open a door in front of him, pausing at the entrance to take in the sight: dark and dingy, an eyesore. Criticizing from the depths of his heart, he made a clear assertion he wouldn’t step into such a place no matter what.
The Thousand-Eyed Demon had said much, and Wayne committed it all to memory. After exiting the portal, he found himself before another dilapidated and desolate ancient city.
It was clear that the Thousand-Eyed Demon had divided a city into at least three parts, perhaps more, to carry out different schemes.
"Bruce, locate the Hell believers hiding in Lundan and erase them all."
The Thousand-Eyed Demon handed over the keys to the portal to Wayne for safekeeping, along with an Alchemy Book: "You have one month to assemble sixty-six bodies, bring them here, and follow the steps in the book to create a Magical Being."
What’s the deal, is this the infighting among devils?
Wayne took the Alchemy Book and the keys, saying apprehensively, "My lord, with my abilities, it might be difficult to deal with powerful foes. I’m not fearing for my life, but I’m afraid I won’t be able to complete the task you’ve given me."
The Thousand-Eyed Demon laughed heartily: "Don’t underestimate your master. Feel your rebirth deep in your heart. I’m very generous, unlike the lowly Blood Demon. Now, you can do anything."
