Sidney’s ancestral home was located at No. 11 Jazz Road in the West District of Lundan.
Like all followers of Naturalism who are close to nature, the three-story mansion sat amidst a vast green-covered estate, primarily featuring a stone facade that seemed unimposing, yet the interior decoration was luxurious, filled with the classical nobility of the old Union Jack.
The black limousine entered through the manor gates, driving down the tree-lined road to stop at the front door.
After getting out of the car, Wayne circled the three-story mansion.
According to Hefei, Sidney, unfortunately, was hospitalized for mental health issues and began speech therapy. When The Church was transferring his duties, they unexpectedly discovered that this frugal Priest had tax issues and unexplained sources of substantial wealth.
The Church was eager to self-examine and proactively reported the matter to the tax authorities. After a thorough investigation, the evidence was conclusive, and Sidney’s ancestral mansion was seized and handed over to legal affairs for auction.
An auction that took place only internally.
A low-profile rich second-generation named ’Wayne’ snapped up the property, speeding through the entire process. All housing and related documents were in order, and his personal wealth was inviolable.
Wayne: When did I ever attend an auction, or sign anything?

Hearing the familiar voice from behind, Wayne turned his head and saw Butler Philark with a monocle, which filled him with great joy. He quickly stepped forward to deliver a hug.
"Philark, it really is you."
"Indeed, starting today, Philark Ilaihol will serve you," Philark said, bowing slightly, straightening up afterwards to tidy Wayne’s slightly disheveled clothes.
Wayne spread his arms, willing to be fussed over, a smile so wide his lips could hardly close.
As the saying goes, a day apart feels like an eternity. He and the butler had been separated for 28 days, 16 hours, and 34 minutes, which rounded up felt like a hundred years. He had nearly died from missing his butler.
"Indeed, Philark is the best, I feel at ease with you around."
Wayne kept on singing Philark’s praises, once again feeling indignant on his behalf.
Megan was not bad, but she left a different impression than the butler. High attractiveness, good figure, excellent temperament—she seemed more like a personal secretary to a CEO than a butler.
The CEO calls for business, the secretary calls for everything else.
I digress, but Wayne meant to say that Megan was too beautiful. Every time she stood next to Austin, he couldn’t help but view them with a biased eye.
Hefei wasn’t only the Naturalism Church High Priest; she also had a head of shiny green short hair.
Philark was different. Every word, and every action, every single aspect of him was the epitome of a butler.
Wayne liked him best.
Wayne’s fondness for Philark was obvious and heartfelt, and as Philark saw this, his savvy heart couldn’t help but flutter.
Back in Enrold Town, Wayne had stood up for Philark, considering him far superior to Megan, the Lando Family’s best butler, and promised that upon returning to Lundan, he would speak to Austin about this to bring Philark back to Lundan.
Philark was somewhat expectant, but for fear of greater disappointment from greater expectations, he didn’t anticipate too much.
To his surprise, within a month, he received a call to return to Lundan.
On the phone, Hefei told Philark that this time, upon returning to Lundan, he would no longer serve Austin. The new master was Wayne, who had acquired a new house and specifically requested Philark by name as his butler.
Philark felt deeply honored to be recognized by Wayne—ready to die for a worthy master, he was willing to devote the rest of his life to his new master.
He got a call from Austin.
Philark was somewhat perplexed at the moment. Wayne was an excellent master, and so was Austin. Caught between two masters, old and new, he did not know how to choose.
"Philark, when did you get here?" Wayne entered the house and saw four familiar strong women, giving each one a hug of reunion after a long separation.
It felt as though he was back a month ago; he loved this new home.
"I arrived in Lundan early this morning and am currently inventorying your assets for you."
Philark picked up a registration form on the side, which meticulously recorded all of Wayne Manor’s property, organizing everything in detailed categories.

Wayne gave a thumbs up, sincerely saying, "Don’t overwork yourself. We have plenty of time to count it slowly. Let’s get the hotpot started. You have no idea how miserable I was these 28 days, 16 hours, and 36 minutes without you. I’ve been eating what dogs eat."
Philark smiled without a word, for such things couldn’t be spoken lightly. He knew that, as a young master, Wayne had attended a family feast.
Still new to the house and unfamiliar with it, Philark had prepared a thorough morning tour, going up and down and introducing everything to Wayne—there was nothing he didn’t know about the place.
"So professional, I can’t imagine how I would live without you in the future."
An hour later, the maids had prepared the hotpot and rice, and Wayne warmly invited everyone to sit down and share the meal.
Philark declined the invitation on behalf of the four maids, but under the threat of Wayne’s refusal to eat, the butler and maids joined the new master for lunch.
After the meal, Philark continued inventorying the assets, his decades of professional dedication driving him to hold himself to the highest standards.
His workload was immense, as he not only had to verify each item against the legal bills but also reassess the value of each item.
