LAS BARCELONETA is only about half an hour from our Hotel. I smiled as I can see the sea from here.
I even pressed my face a little to the tinted window of his car so that I could see the beach clearly from a distance.
He opened the door for me and gently took my hand into the tent they provided for the photoshoot. Where there is some equipment to be used in the photoshoot. He introduced me to some staff before walking again towards a close tent not far from the first one.
"This will be your dressing room in the meantime. Don't worry you'll be safe and secured here," he said to me.
"Just wait here for a moment, Farrah is also coming to fix your hair and dress," he added before saying goodbye to me.
A few moments later, Farrah entered my tent carrying my wardrobe. "Okay, let's start!"
We didn't waste any more time. She dressed me and fixed my hair. She also gave me a washable hair color spray. He put rose gold in my hair which suited me.
I’m wearing a V-neck white long lace dress with beads detail at the bottom and with a slit on either side of it where both my thighs are exposed. He said that I was only on foot during the photo shoot so he focused on applying lotion to my skin.
"You look radiantly beautiful!" she praises me after applying my final touch lip balm.
"Thanks, Farrah," I shyly said.
"Look at yourself, you look like a goddess, my gosh!" she blurted out as the full-sized mirror focused on me.
A wide smile flashed on my lips. She's right! That's how nice I see it now.
"Ready yourself because they will call you at any moment," said Farrah as she faced her makeup kit.
In less than a minute, Nicholas' face peeked into the Tent.
"Ready?" he asked, then turned his face to me. I didn't wait for him to comment but he started to stand closer to me
"You are so adorable, Cherry. I'm so impressed!" he exclaimed.
I have not forgotten to thank him as well as the staff I meet.
Our photoshoot has already started. I was trained to pose where I wanted to do my job more. Because of Nicholas' support.
"Good job, Cherry!" Nicholas praised me from the distance. I handed him a small smile before entering back into my tent.
When the group packed up, Nicholas and I first set sail away from the area. I thought we were going to go straight home to the hotel but wanted us to go some elsewhere.
He took me to a famous cathedral here in Barcelona, the Sagrada Familia, which is known as the Giant cathedral.
"Nicholas it's so nice!" Full of emotion I said. Undoubtedly the architect thought of making this church better.
"Isn't it over yet?" I asked him curiously. Because I saw there's a scaffolding and cranes even placed on top of the church.
"Is still far from complete, decades after the architect's death. Yes, there are cranes and scaffolding, but that's just part of the story," he said to me as I looked up at the giant church.
So the Architect of this cathedral is dead, it's a pity then. It's fun to imagine what it will be like when it's completed, but it's still an iconic location to photograph.
Before we left it first took some photos of the two of us. I was not surprised when he hugged me in some of our shots while the Sagrada Familia was in the background.
Where else he took me then, I no longer knew some of them, but what stuck in my mind was the Montserrat Monastery, home to the famous Black Madonna.
Did you enjoy the tour? "He asked me as we headed back to the hotel.
"Yeah, Thanks, Nick," I promise to trace the shame on my face.
"I'm glad you like it, after your photoshoot, I'll take you on a tour of Barcelona again."
"No need Nick, I know you're busy." I refused.
"Do we have to argue about the time I'm giving you?" It makes sense to say that I turned to him here.
"Not like that, but–" I hadn't finished what I was about to say because he cut me off so quickly.
"Why don't we enjoy this vacation? Don't think about work, besides I'm with you, I can cancel the photoshoot at any time, just tell me," he said, tilting his head at me.
"No! You won't, I know you've been waiting a long time after this photoshoot so there's no reason to postpone it yet," I said, with my lower tone voice.
I let out a sigh of relief. He didn’t even insist on what he wanted because we had already reached the hotel. Because exhausted all day, I fell asleep early.
In the following days, we were busy with the photo shoot, we almost dragged the time to finish the photo shoot quickly. How come some staff also wanted to take a walk before the end of our remaining days here in Barcelona.
Nicholas didn't let me out either. This is what I want from him he is willing to respect my decisions. In return, I improved the work so that it would say nothing bad to me.
"Pack up!" our director yelled at us. A round of applause filled in the site because our last photoshoot was finally over.
"Good job guys!" Nicholas said over the noisy crowd.
"Finally, I was able to their famous tapa!" said Dillan as he adjusted the camera he was holding.
"Gosh, is it just their tapa? Maybe you're referring to the woman you're talking about!" spear by some staff.
"Tch, that's it! That's great!" Farrah added.
"Hey, you're jelly. Let me find you guy later to make this trip memorable for you." Dillan told her before hugging her.
"You have a dirty mind!" Farrah said to him before pushing him hard on his stomach.
"Ouch, you like to be cariño bruta, huh?" Dillan yelled at her.
"Hmm, don't go any further if you don't want to borrow the face to a dog!" Farrah yelled quickly at her even raising her fist at Dillan.
"That's enough, go ahead and fix those things." Nicholas interrupted.
He looked at me and glanced at my behavior. I smiled at him as he winked at me so I quickly avoided looking.
I felt his approaching so I focused my attention on him again.
"How are you? Are you tired today?" he asked, arm crossed against his broad chest.
"I'm fine. Congrats, the photoshoot is finally over!" I delightedly say.
"It's all because of you and your professionalism." He tapped my head repeatedly.
"I can't do all of this if you're not by my side." I raised both my hands to squeeze both of his cheeks.
He pouted his lips, seemingly ashamed of what I had done. How we were suddenly stoned by the cheer of some staff.
"Alright, fix everything. We're going out tonight!" he announced. And look down on me. "This is your reward for being a hard-working woman," he said and pinched my nose.
I smiled widely, "Of course, we have to celebrate," I said.
