I TOOK the opportunity to speak again. "Do you have something else to say?" I arch a brow at him.
He didn't bother to answer, he just put his two arms on her wide chest instead, leaning out the window.
I blinked, he was handsome alright. Well, it's hot if it's hot, so what now? I insisted to myself.
"Arrange my things, put them in the closet one by one, and iron the wrinkled clothes. This is your job right? That's why you are here. When you're done, prepare what I'm going to wear and I'll take a bath." After that, he went straight into the bathroom.
I remained standing while biting hard on the lips. He has a point, so I’m here to work and not for any other reason. So I can’t blame him for why he speaks to me like this.
I just started arranging his equipment one by one then pulled out each thing in his bag. I inhaled the scent of each item. The scent is everywhere, even in some of his personal belongings that I can freely touch.
The shirts are purely in white. The fabrics are also soft which are imported. So I couldn’t help but smell it but even before I could lose myself I continued fixing until I reached something in my hand that didn’t expect to see.
"Oh, my shit!" I even raised it in the air as if in disgust while covering one mouth.
"What are you doing?" I was so quick and stumbled because of the voice that was speaking.
My red face seemed to want to discolor when I saw him covered his naked body only by putting on a towel. I just stood up straight and froze. I couldn’t help but glance at his broad shoulders, down to his bicep and his damn perfectly abs.
I knew he wasn’t wearing anything under the towel. Because I now hold that thing tightly in the back of my hand.
"What are you hiding behind you?" he asked.
I quickly turned around and glanced at the clothes. I saw that his briefs were mixed with some of his clothes but he seemed more interested in seeing what I was hiding instead of wearing briefs.
"Hmm... nothing," I utter, my lips half-open in confusion.
He looked down at the things he had scattered before turning his attention back to me.
I bit my lip hard. I couldn’t let go of my hold for fear that he might say something bad to me.
But I didn’t expect what he did next. He took a big step towards me, I have to do something, that’s the retreat. I reached the wall. I could feel the sweat dripping down my skin, the heartbeat in my chest, and the fears inside me.
"Give it to me," he ordered in a calm voice.
I gasped and looked at the floor. He is now an inch away from me, so I can’t help but swallow hard.
I sighed as he pressed his hand to my side. I just closed my eyes when I felt his warm palm on my arm down.
"So, you're fantasizing about my underwear, aren't you?" his husky voice sent a tremor down my spine. But I couldn't penetrate then because I stared and looked at him badly.
"No! On top of my dead body!" I said Sarcastically.
"Really, huh? Then what is it?" He pulled his briefs from my hand and lifted them to my face so I was very embarrassed.
"Shit! B-rude!" I shouted.
But then he suddenly burst out laughing and half cupping. Damn his laugh was hot and hearty.
"Not funny Rex!" I tried to take that thing away from what I expected.
I want to suppress the heat rising between my thighs. Damn, why do I feel this way about him?
He stopped laughing and lowered his hold short. Now I felt awkward between us. He still didn't leave in front of me and kept staring at me.
I could do nothing but bow in fear that he would read what was in my eyes.
"If only I could..." he said in hushed.
I looked up at him full of questioning eyes. I saw him swallow before looking down at my parted lips.
He sighed violently before moving away from me.
"Come out first, I'll just get dressed." And without warning, I turned away.
I didn’t know how to step on my feet because until now my strength from the wall remained.
He turned to me so my back was more firmly against the wall.
"Would you like to watch?" he asked while smiling.
There I seemed to get up and quickly step on my feet but unexpectedly I broke the bag on the floor and I fell straight on his wide chest.
"Oh, shit..."
I close my eyes tightly when I feel his warm skin on my cheek even his quick touch on my back has a warmth brought to me.
I was confused so I quickly let go but it was too late because we both fell to his soft bed.
It happened so fast, I felt my heart pounding, my bones freezing and my whole body on fire.
"Cherry..." he whispered.
I tried to loosen up but his arm was tightly folded behind me. So I could do nothing but meet his gaze.
His motionless stare was accompanied by his slow breathing as if he was fighting something!
"I'm sorry..." Again I tried to move to loosen it but he quickly grabbed my nape.
"Stay," he whispered.
Before I could protest, he had already crossed the gap between us.
Then he kissed me...

The air blew freely around, the air felt fresh and the gentle breeze caressed my skin. The sunset is merely a prelude to dawn but the daylight still lingered everywhere.
It was fun to watch the gentle sunset, accompanied by a strong gust of wind kissing the row of trees from afar.
I glanced at Porsche and Feli as the story unfolded beside me while Mayla had her world of food. I looked down at the spaghetti in front of me and reluctantly stabbed with a fork.
The wind whips smoothly through my ears and my skin is cooled by the breeze. I parted my wind-blown hair and looked away.
Jeff, Skye, Zach, and Rexon have occupied the same beach umbrella table near us. Rexon is wearing his sunglasses even in the sunset. From here I was able to observe him freely while someone was talking on his cellphone.
Consecutively I made swallows as he spoke softly. There was a time when he was still slightly laughing and scratching at his senses which further added to his strong appeal even though he didn’t mean to.
I looked down at his parted lips and that's how my two cheeks got hot because of the memory.
"Hey, are you okay? Why did the bee bite your two red cheeks?" Felix wakes me up.
"Huh? What, it's not quite hot right now." I avoid looking at her.
I just ignored the way she and Porsche looked at each other because of what I said. I just decided to eat the spaghetti on the plate.
I sniffed sparingly and chewed it gently but my stomach didn't seem to accept it because I felt like eyes were looking at me. Again I turned my attention to Rexon's table and shoot! He's watching! It was as if I wanted to spit the spaghetti in my mouth because now it was no longer wearing sunglasses.
"He might melt!" Porsche delayed as I stared at Rexon.
There I choked so I kept coughing.
"Hey are you alright ?!" Porsche even patted my back and quickly hand me the water.
"Thanks, I'm okay no," I said softly and slightly wiped my mouth.
Damn! Cherry, you need to focus on your food! Just focus, okay? I whispered loudly to myself because I don't know now why I suddenly lose myself when I look at him? It's not me, I'm professional and skillful. The word unprofessional is not in my vocabulary. And I hate to accept the fact that I am no longer be a professional with him.
I look back at Rexon again, now holding a guitar and starting to kick chords.
He started to sing and I slowly shut my eyes when I heard a furry mournful voice that touches my heart. I hold my breath behind my pursed lip to steel myself control against the gale of his voice.
But when he hit the chorus, I opened my eyes and I looked straight into his eyes.
He looked down for a moment and strum the guitar gracefully. He barely made a look at me so I couldn’t help but smile, but what he gave in return was almost a superhuman, hard to explain really.
I closed my eyes and remember the kiss that happened earlier.
