Still, to ensure this excitement wasn’t just a cruel illusion, he hurried toward the great willow tree at the edge of the village. It was his secret refuge, a place where prying eyes rarely wandered.
Settling beneath its ancient shade, he took a deep breath and summoned the System window once more.
"System, what are capable of?" Vahn asked, anticipation visible on his face.
But only cold silence answered him.
"System... are you there?"
Still nothing.
A frown formed on his face. "Could this mean it’s a non-responsive system?" he muttered.
After a moment of thought, he nodded to himself. That seemed the most logical answer. And honestly, it wasn’t so bad. A silent and efficient system suited him just fine. It made him feel like he was fully in control.
Experimenting carefully, Vahn quickly discovered that he could navigate the System window with his mind easily.
With a single mental command, the panel expanded before him:
