Malik POV
I watched as Natasha gulped another glass of alcohol. I know she's intoxicated now since I can visibly see her cheeks turned crimson red.
Boy! If she's beautiful in sober mode she's sexy and captivating when drunk.
I remembered the last time she drank and we ended up in her hotel room. And caught us and circulated the news that morning. I feel really happy actually.
I have been pining over this girl for how many years. Since Grade school my eyes won't waver and always find her.
Actually she's the most beautiful, sexy and attractive girl in school. Her blunt and badass personality makes her stand out the most. Even if she came from the wealthiest and famous family she never ever used her family power. She likes to be normal and I find it very amusing.
"Stop it!" I said as I held the glass out from her hold. As far as I could tell, she already had a few glasses. So I presume that she's far from sober now.
"No!" She whined like a child. Which makes me grinning at her.
I love the carefree side of her. Well she only showed it to others, not me. I wonder why though. But when she's drunk she acts like this. And when she does I love to watch her.
"You are drunk and you need to stop!" I said firmly to her.
"But I want to drink more!" She whined her lips pouting looking at me.
If we are not in the middle of the banquet, damn I already kissed her. I don't care if other people can witness how low I am. But my love for this girl is so much that I want to be with her even if I have to do something impossible just to keep her with me.
"Come on, let me take you to your room!" I said as I held her to balance her body. But she only wigged and I groaned when she hit my groin with her legs. Goodness, this woman!
"Stop wiggling!" I said go to her.
"No!" Of course she's stubborn and hard headed even more when drunk. So without further ado, I lift her in my arms and carry her like a sack of potatoes.
"Put me down you idiot!" She hissed at me. Good thing she's drunk enough that she can say it softly. If not, my father will not be happy knowing that someone called me an idiot.
But for her I don't mind! I mean I am truly an idiot when it comes to her. Omar often told me how idiotic I am when I am with her.
As I walked away I noticed all the attention was on us. Omar looked at us with his eyes wide open knowing he was going to lecture me about this.
"I am too tired!" Natasha said as she snuggled into my neck. Her breath was fanning and I swear all the hair on my neck stood up. I closed my eyes for a moment and reminded myself that we are in the middle of a banquet.
When we reached her room. I saw Nana, her assigned maid coming to us.
"Help her change her clothes and freshen her!" I said to her. She nodded at me and went to Natasha.
"Nana! Stop it! I can change myself!"
"My lady you need to freshen up and I will help you take off your clothes!" Nana said to her once they were both inside the bathroom.
"No!!! I told you I don't want you helping me. I can manage to just go to your room!" Natasha said but her voice was faint and soft.
"My lady!"
"Stop calling me that! Call me Natasha! I am not one of those royals. You can call me by my name Nana just as I called yours!" She said,
For a drunk she's too talkative and stubborn. I shake my head. I saw Omar enter the room and I raised my eyebrows.
"Your highness! Do you want me to prepare your room?" He asked me.
"Yes! But I will be hanging here for a while. I need to see Natasha going to bed!" I told him,
"Nana is here your highness. I think she can fulfil that job. You can go to your room and rest!" He said.
"No! I prefer to tuck her in bed by myself. Drunk Natasha is more missier and loud!"
"Yeah! I saw what happened. People are talking about you when you're both left. And the way you hold her. I was summoned by your father to check you!"
"Hahaha.. What can he do?" I said sarcastically.
"Your Highness, you have your betrothed princess looking at the both of you while you carried Miss Natasha in your arms. I don't think that your father and some of the counsel like the sight of you doing something like that for a girl! You barely give Princess Mina attention!" He said and I shook my head.
"It's not my problem! I had already told them that I have a girlfriend and I intend to marry her!" I said firmly.
"Your highness, Princess Mina can bring good to you and we'll be suited to you. She came from royalty and trained to be in this position!"
"I don't care! Just go and tell my dad that I am ok!" I said as I dismissed him.
"Lady Natasha is a great woman. But she doesn't have royalty blood. A mere commoner is far suited to you. You are going to be a king someday. You need someone to back you and help you to your throne!" He left those words to me.
But I never waver at all. I know my position as the Prince and only heir of my father. He already told me that he is going to step down soon since he wants to spend his time with his new wife.
Being Prince or a King, I will still choose Natasha as my bride and my queen. She may not come from the line of royalty but she has a good heart and she's the only woman who can melt my heart. So how can I let her slide away from me? When truthfully she's my everything.
