“Now I get it that how he calms down all of a sudden instead of lashing at you in anger.”

“Honey!!” Caroline called his name sweetly. “Don’t talk standard or any other things; he won’t understand. Mr. Weasley must be waiting for you. He has given you just ten minutes, remember?” She added, dragging Artemis from there.
“Honey?” He asked in amusement. “I hope you’re going to call with that name all the time now,” he added with a smile. “By the way, are you joining me in the meeting or going back to the penthouse?”
“Back to the penthouse. It won’t look good to join any professional meeting where I don’t have any idea about anything. But yes, I wanted to go out for a while.”
“Perfect then. Don't change your clothes. We will go out after I finish this meeting. Who knows, you will finally eat something full plate.” Artemis muttered and gave a quick kiss to her before walking out of the personal elevator because he was already on his floor, and the penthouse was on the top floor of the building. His personnel had a two-sided way opening door on the ground floor, so Caroline never entered the penthouse through the office, but the door opened in the other direction. That’s why no other employees have any knowledge about her till today.
The female who had a crush on his boss and was dreaming about him during their day and night dreams was shattered, seeing Caroline in the picture.
Artemis reached into the meeting and saw everyone settled in their seats. “Good evening, everyone!! I will come directly to the point without wasting time.” He said, and without wasting time, he looked at Kane to start the projector.
Soon, the people sitting in the meeting realized that Santino had stolen the idea of the proposal because Artemis definitely knew what he was speaking. And the way he was presenting everything, it looked like he had done his homework without the knowledge of a surprise check. That Artemis would give the credit to Caroline, who motivated him to focus on his work rather than worrying about the situation. And by thinking about her, a new way of energy ran into his vein.
Though Oliver had given him the time of just ten minutes, but he couldn’t leave the meeting until it ended, i.e., for an hour.
When the lights of the meeting room were on, Charlotte and the other two associates of Oliver couldn’t stop themselves from clapping for him. Oliver would have done the same if he would have judged Artemis as a young businessman, but in fact, he was more than that. He just couldn’t pass Artemis on the basis of his business skill.
After all, he was the same man who did various types of tests on Brandon before giving the hand of his sister, Caroline’s mother, to Brandon, Caroline’s father.

Once the meeting ended, Oliver sent two of his office members to the hotel in which they were staying and stayed back in the office with Charlotte to talk with Artemis, more like testing him.
“I didn’t see your wife after her introduction? Where is she?” Charlotte asked in a friendly tone, away from office-related work.
“Actually, she wasn’t feeling well, so I asked her to rest in our penthouse,” Artemis replied.
“What happened to her? And since when she is ill? Did you consult with the doctor? Are you lying because I saw her fine an hour ago?” Oliver asked a couple of questions in one breath. Artemis was really taken aback by his behavior, but then Bolt could sense his concern in his tone. So, both of them didn’t mind Oliver’s question.
“Dadddd…” Charlotte held Oliver’s arms silently, telling him to calm down and not to expose Caroline’s identity indirectly. “I’m sorry, Mr. Gosling. Dad is extra protective of all the females. I hope you..”
“It’s fine, Ms. Weasley. It’s fine. Actually, my wife is not suffering from any diseases. It’s just a female thing.” He replied to assure them that he wasn’t some cruel husband because Oliver was still giving him a suspicious look.
“Oh, I get it. So, you sent her home?” She asked.
“Yes. She is resting in our penthouse, which is on the top floor of this building.”
“Can I meet her?” She asked quickly. “I mean… I want to take some makeup tips from her.” She added. Artemis found this request a little weird.
“I hope you don’t have any problem with that, Mr. Gosling. Moreover, I want to talk about something with you alone.” Oliver pressurized on which Artemis didn’t say anything, not before asking his mate about it.
‘Sarah, Oliver Weasley’s daughter, Charlotte, wants to meet you. Are you comfortable with that?’
‘Sure. Please send her.’
‘Okay, Great.’
Artemis looked at Oliver before responding, “I’m sorry. I was my mate’s permission before deciding anything.”
“Raul, take Ms. Weasley to the penthouse,” Artemis said, and after Charlotte left Raul, Oliver was only left there in the meeting room.
“To be honest, I like the presentation that you presented was WOW. I didn’t say this fact at that moment, but I can’t hold this appreciation for long.”
“Thank you, Mr. Weasley. It means a lot to me.” Artemis smiled and thought about giving a grand party to his Love because of which this deal was possible.
“I know most of the hotels of the company are in losses still; I’m signing this deal because I invest in person rather than investing in the company, and I believe you won’t disappoint me.”
“I assure you, Mr. Weasley. I won’t disappoint you.” Artemis agreed happily, and his guts were telling him that finally, this deal was his until Oliver dropped a nuclear bomb on him.
