Belle panicked and did not think that Azkha was a very bad man, even though she didn't know everything. However, some hints were already very frightening for Belle to stay by Azkha's side.

“Excuse me, Nurse. Can I meet the patient named Ryona Brid?” Belle asked with her casual appearance.
“Is Miss the Nurse of our patient?”
“I am a friend of the patient, there are many things I want to talk about.” said Belle.
The nurse kept watching Belle's face and trying to remember something.
“Isn't Miss Jordan Heron's fiancé who is being talked about? Then, our patient has done a lot of bad things to Miss's relationship, right?”
“Ah, maybe the nurse has the wrong person.” Belle replied, Belle was wearing sunglasses.
“Miss, what do you want to talk to our patient about? Her condition was very bad, and she repeatedly attacked us with blunt objects which was quite dangerous for us.”
“Is the patient's condition that bad, nurse?” Belle was very surprised.
“Actually, the patient went to prison, because of his actions, right? However, it is because of her mental disorder that the patient is here. Doesn't Miss know this?”
“Therefore, I want to know why she did such a crazy thing.. even I never bothered her..—” Belle started a heart to heart conversation with a nurse.
“Are you sure you want to meet this dangerous patient?”

The nurse also took Belle to meet Ryona who had gone mad.
“Miss Ryona,” Belle called out to Ryona who was confined in a locked room.

At this time Ryona ran outside and found a knife lying on the officer's wheel table.

Ugh! Ryona stabbed a knife that wasn't too sharp into Belle's stomach.
“Izabelle!” shouted a man who came at just the right time.

“Izabelle!” the man was Jordan with Andrew. The two of them ran frantically, meanwhile Belle had already fallen down covered in blood. The clothes that Belle was wearing, were bright white clothes.
“You bitch who deserved to die!” Ryona shouted with joy, and let go of the knife in her hand.
Several officers tied up Ryona, and Jordan nearly lost control of him. Seeing his beloved woman fall in a very sad state. Belle's intention was to speak from heart to heart, but what Belle got was disaster for herself.
“What are you guys doing, are you guys just as crazy! I can sue this hospital!” Jordan snapped in his panic.
“Sorry sir, we didn't expect it to be like this ..” said the Nurses and other officers.
“Jordan, better focus on Belle.” Andrew said calming Jordan who was very panicked.
“Please forgive us sir, we will take full responsibility for the care of Miss Izabelle..—”
“That's enough, you don't have to do that.” Andrew said, then rushed to a private hospital.

Belle was rushed to the Emergency Unit, to get quick treatment.

“The patient is in critical condition and requires blood type B. Can it be obtained immediately?” said one of the doctors, Jordan was very desperate, because his blood is not the same as Belle.
“My blood is B, the doctor can take my blood.” said Andrew.
“Jordan, Belle needs urgent help right now. Don't worry, Belle will still be yours, I'm just her best friend.” Andrew said with a smiling face.
Andrew finally made a blood donation that will be given soon to Belle. After all, Azkha is Andrew's first brother. Of course Andrew felt very sorry for Belle, but there was nothing to be sorry for.
Right now, they only had to focus on Belle's recovery, and Belle had made it through her critical period.
After a few hours later…
“Doctor, is my fiancee past his critical period?” asked Jordan, who had been nervous for several hours and didn't stop waiting at the Emergency Unit door.
“Miss Maelie Denish has made it through a critical period. Currently, several follow-up actions are being carried out on the two stab wounds. The knife used is a knife that is not sharp. This is very dangerous, if Miss Maelie gets treatment too late.” Said the doctor.
