After carrying out an autopsy, they would come to the conclusion that Alfred had been a drug addict who had overdosed on drugs.
As for the red marks on his wrist and legs caused by the cuffs, it could also be concluded that Alfred had made a deal with some unknown gangsters and a disagreement between them had led to him being tied up and killed with drugs.
As for his second quest, the required audience had been the three ladies he had left with Alfred. They had all been watching as he made Victoria cum in front of them.
