Now they were all within the room piers shared with Aiden and Kayden. They all stood at different corners.
Kayden stood closer to the window, Laela closer to the entrance and Aiden somewhere closer to Arianna.
"Why is everyone staring at me like that?" Arianna asked as she looked around to see the faces of her teammates giving her uncomfortable looks.
Aiden walked up closer and said, "Is the one talking really Arianna? Or is someone else in control"
Arianna’s heartbeat started thumping really fast, had she really been caught? But how?
Aiden’s enhanced hearing immediately picked up the fast rate at which her heart beat. His assumptions were beginning to turn into confirmations.
"W-What do you mean?" Arianna stuttered, trying to feign confusion at what they were talking about. Sweat was building on her forehead as nervousness set in.
Aiden took a step forward and his eyes took the draconian form.
Looking at Aiden’s eyes this up close made her even more nervous.
Then he spoke, "Right now, I can see within you, two different souls. The one in control is you who is talking and the other’s light is too dim. So i’ll ask, what’s going on? Who is it we are speaking to?"
Kayden watched the situation with folded arms but he had started growing anxious about the situation too.
"I-I don’t know what you’re talking about Aiden", then she turned towards Kayden and said, "Are you going to just stand there and watch this?"
Suddenly she was regaining some form of composure to keep up with the lie.
Kayden raised his right hand slightly forward and said, "Ari please just explain what’s going on" you could hear the concern in Kayden’s voice. He hated having to watch what was currently even going on right now
"I can see that you all have gone mad!" Arianna spoke out, then turned towards Laela’s direction, "even you, you’re buying this nonsense?"
Laela had a solemn face on her right now. She didn’t like the situation but she trusted that Aiden knew exactly what he was doing.
Arianna turned back towards Aiden and said "I have no idea what this sick farce is, but it’s not fun anymore and i’m leaving.
She proceeded to start making her way towards the door but then suddenly an invisible force held her in place.
Aiden gestured his fingers backwards and telekinetically pulled her back towards him.
"Hold on thats enough!" Kayden called out as he hurried moved towards Aiden in an attempt to get him to stop.
He stretched his hand forward and said "i said that’s enough!" However Aiden quickly grabbed his wrist and whispered, "immobilis"
Kayden was instantly frozen in place at that point
"Aiden..." Laela spoke from behind. And now even she was beginning to feel some form of anxiety.
Aiden immediately turned towards her and said, "Please I need you to trust me right now, this is the only way"
Laela nodded her head and then moved backwards a bit.
Arianna immediately used her mass magic to severely reduce her body’s size, and right now her body’s size was that of an index finger.
This was to escape the telekinetic hold on her as she dropped quickly to the floor and ran towards the exit
She was difficult to immediately pick out by regular eye sight, however Aiden’s dragon’s sight had picked up nearly about to slide from underneath the door and move away.
That was when he used the Force Spell again, and this time applied the right amount force required and pulled her small body frame towards him.
She landed right into his right palm’s grasp and then Aiden whispered again, "immobilis"
This immediately stopped any bodily movements or attempt to use her magic to escape again.
Then Aiden made one of his fingers grow a claw out. He had used a bit of his dragon transformation skill to do this.
He moved it slowly towards the minuscule sized Arianna and scratched her cheek just a little bit with it.
She may have yelled her in pain but her entire body was frozen solid, so whilst she only felt pain of the scratch, she could not express out it.
Aiden himself had realised he may have been taking it too far at this point, but he had already committed himself to getting to the root of it, coupled with his desperate need to be done with this and get the XP accrued to the task.
Aiden then kept the immobilized mini-sized Arianna on a table and said, "let’s try this again shall we?"
He released the immoblis spell on her and she immediately grew back into her normal size and yelled out, "You’re Insane!" Whilst placing her right palm above the bleeding scratch on the side of her face.
Aiden asked again "Now tell me, are we actually talking to the real Arianna or are you someone else entirely?"
"Listen to yourself you’re making no sense!" She replied back
Aiden stretched his right hand out and used the King level spell: promotion on the scratch he gave her, and they pain she felt on it increased by ten fold
"Arr—" She just was about to yell out in pain when Aiden instantly moved up his left hand and used the King Level Spell: Force. This placed a telekinetic hold over her mouth and stopped it from moving.
Laela turned her eyes away from the sight. It was practically watching a display of torture.
Kayden watched this with a feeling of so much pain. His eyes couldn’t move but you could see they had gone red from frustration.
Then it happened; there was a little twitching of his fingers. He was slowly attempting to overcome the effects of the immobilis spell on his body.
Aiden stopped applying both spells on Arianna momentarily . On Arianna’s face you could see sweat and tears from the immense pain as she tried to catch her breath.
Aiden then spoke again, "Will you give me an answer now or do I have to do this again?" He raised his hand upwards in a threatening attempt.
Then Arianna raised her hand forward, gesturing him to stop. When she caught her breath enough she raised her head forward with a devious grin and said, "so what if i’m not Arianna?"
Laela immediately looked up with insane amounts of shock in her eyes.
Even Kayden who was struggling to break hold of the spell, had stopped and looked on.
Aiden then grinned back and replied, "now we are getting somewhere love"
