Chapter 6 The Cheaper Woman
It was not definitely easy to be a receptionist. One would need to stand all the time. Of course, now she was just on probation, so she was just standing by and studying.
Towards noon, the car outside pulled in and stopped at the door.
The security guard immediately came forward and stood in unison, and the air seemed to become cautious.
Sheila, who was on duty next to her reminded, "Here comes Mr. Cage!"
Veronica Parker's spine straightened instantly. "Mr. Cage?" She thought.
This was bad luck that she had met on the first day!
The bodyguard opened the door, and the people in the car came down. The first to come out had long legs and high-end Oxford shoes in pitch black.

Kay Tours was stunned but he immediately understood, "Yes."
He turned to the door and went out.
A few minutes later, Nick Cage was in front of the computer screen and it showed videos in nine grid. He clicked on one of them to enlarge, it showed Veronica Parker.
Nick Cage leaned back slightly, then crossed his legs. With lazy and deep breaths, he looked sharply at the little face on the screen.
On the other hand, the person being watched did not know it at all and continued to work seriously.
Veronica Parker stood all morning and had to stand until 05:00 in the afternoon.
This was the first time she has stood so long like this, still wearing high heels. He felt tired and her feet were painful.
Sheila said that she would get used to it later.

In the afternoon, Veronica Parker couldn't endure standing any longer. While the supervisor was away, Veronica Parker secretly freed her white feet from her high heels and stepped on the back of the other. Her lovely white toes curled up a little uneasily.
