Valkan stepped forward from behind.
"Welcome to our sect. Your fighting spirits are commendable, but you see, our elites are not available right now. So don’t you think it would be unfair if a fight would occur now? Why don’t you come later, we would tell you when they are available?"
The disciples of the Sword Sect kept their silence for twenty seconds, then everyone burst in mad laughter. Even the elder had a smile on his face.
He said, "Friend, you might be mistaken somewhere. These are not our elite disciples. Your sect is not worthy enough to bring our elites. They are just some normal disciples with slightly better talents, that’s all."
"What? The aura they are radiating,are they only normal students? That’s impossible. They must be trying to boast. That should be it."
The disciples of the Overlord Sect were whispering among themselves.
Ethan was also surprised. He also thought these people were the elites of the Sword Sect.
So he asked Mika, who was standing beside him, "Do you know anything about this sect?"
Mika said, "We heard they are not natives of this continent. They came from the Central Continent a hundred years ago. They were silent for all this time, but recently they started moving and challenging every sect. They defeated all the small ones. Now they are going for the big ones."
"I see. So that’s how it is. If they are not native, then it is indeed possible. They might be some lower-class sect in the Central Continent, couldn’t survive there, now trying to find their lost dignity among these weaker ones."
When Ethan and Mika were talking, someone from the Sword Sect jumped down and directly fell in front of the disciple who shouted at them before.

The disciple from the Sword Sect smiled coldly and said, "That’s the spirit, mate. Let’s go to the arena. Where is it?"
A female disciple from the Overlord Sect rushed in and said, "Don’t be impulsive, Rudi. You are not his match. Just quit."
Rudi was hesitating after hearing this.
But his opponent said in a mocking tone, "Don’t tell me the disciples of the Overlord Sect are just this. Already wetting the pants even before the fight started. Go mate, play under her dress. You are not fit to be called a man after all. Sigh, here I thought I finally met a real man."
Hearing this, Rudi’s face turned crimson with embarrassment. He slapped himself and said, "Let’s fight. Life and death doesn’t matter."
His opponent had a sinister glow in his eyes. He probably decided to cripple him—or worse.
Ethan saw everything.

Rudi and his opponent stood there face to face.

Rudi said, "I am Rudi. Yellow Soul—Earth Bear."
A huge bear manifested behind him.
Though the bear looked intimidating, everyone knew who had the upper hand.
An elder was the referee. He said, "Begin—"
Just as Rudi was about to move, he heard a voice inside his brain.
"Relax your body. Don’t fight the force which will descend upon you right now. If you want to defeat that man, if you want to keep the glory of the Overlord Sect, listen to me. Don’t ask questions. We don’t have time."
Rudi was stunned. But still, he relaxed his body. He didn’t have a single chance of winning against that man. That man was practically radiating danger. So he might as well believe this unknown man who could directly talk to him without anyone noticing.
As soon as he relaxed his body, he felt an external power wrap his whole body, and he somehow lost control over it. Though Rudi was feeling like this, this could not be said for the others.
For them, all of a sudden, Rudi’s entire aura changed. His expression changed. Everything about him was shrouded in a mist of mystery now.
Even Steven, who was relaxed a moment ago, felt some danger from Rudi.
"What’s going on? How could his entire aura change all of a sudden?" he thought.
"Doesn’t matter. I’ll crush you like the bug you are." This was his confidence in his strength.
This fight would be a tough one even for Ethan. Rudi’s strength was around 150 million tonnes, whereas his opponent had 900 million tonnes. Even Ethan would have to be very careful while fighting, as this would be his first time using his mental power to wrap someone else and fight an opponent who was far stronger than him.
Steven brought out his sword.
Rudi was a gauntlet user, a fist-fight expert.
This was also a problem. If he were a sword user, Ethan could easily finish the opponent.
The elder said, "Begin."
Steven moved immediately with his full power. He believed that a lion used his full power even when he was hunting a small rabbit.
