The following 10 days were a very monotonous time, my focus was only on my newest spell, Bloody Heal, constantly casting it on Mary, my heart ached whenever I saw her stumps twitch, as I wished to regrow but missing the required components to do so, what made my willpower not crumble was the smile she showed whenever we finished the healing session because my HP were reaching the rock bottom, the effect caused by my healing lessened the phantom pain and made the muscles relax even when at full health.
The progress I could make with my new spell also went beyond normal, thanks to the newest reward of the quest against the parasite that had tried to kill all of Paris.

The tome looked like a normal book; the front cover had the image of an eye with runes around it. When I looked at it with my Mana Eyes, I had to immediately deactivate them because of the sheer amount of mana that came from it.
Even the Ancient One was surprised by the scope of my powers; creating such an item was something beyond his expectations. What I had made was a constantly updating, impossible to destroy, and always knowing how to answer magic book on all magical subjects.
But going back to my grinding session to help Mary.
My body fell apart as she tried to grow stronger, the constant destruction and regeneration of my organs and muscles pushing my Str and Vit more than anything I had done to this moment. My control over Blood mana helped me feel the effect of said stat boosts more than ever before.

I could feel it, I was almost there, I just needed to push my body more, I just needed to push my mana reserve beyond anything I did, I was the one that didn't ask for help, and I would be a fucking bastard if I don't use every second of my time to help Mary to not suffer.
She doesn't deserve this, she doesn't deserve any of this, she could have been healed by now, the Ancient One could have healed her in seconds, but I was cocky, I had to do it by myself, to show who what?
My anger against myself rose as my body remained still as I continued meditating, my mind in a particular balance between anger and calmness, neither overwhelming the other, as I continued using the Bloody Heal on my own body to push it past the limit I could feel creeping closer.
My heartbeat like a drum in my ears as the world's heart matched its own pace to try and help me, Ivy constantly healing my injuries to try and help, while obsidian continued giving me mana to not let the training stop.
I felt my body crumble and repair, die, and when I returned to life, kill itself, but also heal what should have been a fatal injury, but the healing wasn't as fast as the damage.
I was creeping closer and closer to what would have been my death, I felt all of my organs fail, my muscle wither, my bones crumble, but I continued, I felt the death Mana creep closer, the Dimension Mana try to stop me as my death would have lead to the death of beacon for this Dimension, the plants all around me covering my body to try and infuse me with all the life it could, but I pushed ever further.
My mind became blank, my eyes glassy like a fish, my body withered beyond what would have killed any normal human; I was a skeleton of my previous self, but nothing could have stopped me.
A small body crushed my focus, stopping me from using the spell. The amount of life that had until this moment tried to slow down my death, filled my body back with life and returning me to my normal look.
Lying on my crossed legs was Mary, trying her best to hug while she cried, looking around, I saw the amount of worried people looking at me, the plants that had surrounded my body slowly going to their normal places, the crack that had covered the air disappearing like they were never there, the drum like beating that had until that moment filled everyone's hears gone as if it was never there, what I thought I had only done to myself I had also to others.
" Per favore, non morire anche tu."(Please, don't die you too) Mary's voice came out between hiccups as she continued moving to try and hug me, failing miserably to do so as her missing limbs made her unable to move as she wished.
' I have created portals, I have pushed back parasite back to their dimension, I have control over nature, the world itself is an ally of mine, I WILL FUCKING HEAL HER.'
My mind ordered my powers, my anger pushed my potential beyond normal, and my mana obeyed my command.
The stumps opened, and the bones grew back by themselves one by one, the fibre of the muscles grew as if they had always been there, and the skin came back with a pale tone.
The last thing I remember was Mary hugging me as I felt my mind feel the effect of Mind Drain hit it like a truck.
