"You really won't hurt Alicia?" The Red Queen asked nervously.
Renzo replied, sounding a bit exasperated.
"Alright, Red Queen, let me talk to our guest here,"
At that moment, Alicia wheeled herself out from the adjacent room. She cast a grateful glance at the Red Queen before turning her attention to Renzo.
With a hint of hesitation, she asked, "What exactly is your goal?"
She still couldn't quite grasp Renzo's intentions.
Renzo smirked. "It's simple—wipe out those anti-human bastards like Isaacs, gain control over the Red Queen, and collect all of Umbrella's data and technology."
"And maybe, along the way, I'll end up saving the world too."
Since he had already decided to eliminate the T-virus and other apocalyptic viruses, letting the world fall to ruin was obviously not in his best interest.
After all, a prosperous modern world suited his needs far better.
Not to mention, those who relied on a functioning society for their livelihoods would also need a normal world to live in.
Alicia was at a loss for words.
After a moment of contemplation, she said, "I can transfer Umbrella's shares and my control over the Red Queen to you, but I want you to release the T-virus cure and end this extinction crisis."
She knew she wouldn't live much longer. Still, since her father had been the one to create the T-virus, she didn't want to see humanity perish because of it.
Perhaps, in some way, she saw this as her atonement.
"Fine! I was going to do that anyway!" Renzo nodded without hesitation. "However, you should already know—even if I release the cure now, it'll take at least three months to be distributed worldwide."
"And this world isn't just dealing with the T-virus! I've studied it—Japan's 'Dead Virus' is different from the T-virus. It seems to be a mutated variant of artificial pathogens. Umbrella's cure might not be enough to handle it all!"
"On top of that, there are many other viruses in this world."
"Not to mention, the T-virus itself has numerous mutations!"
"To fully resolve this crisis, I need to collect samples, analyze them, and enhance the cure. That will take time!"
Renzo's words left Alicia stunned.
"How could this be happening?"
Despite her frustration, she turned back to Renzo and said, "I'll transfer Umbrella's shares and the Red Queen's control to you right away."
"I just hope you can gather the virus samples as soon as possible and upgrade the cure. That way, I can die in peace."
Renzo chuckled. "It's too early to talk about dying. I might have a way to cure your condition."
Alicia was momentarily startled, but the glimmer of hope in her eyes quickly faded, replaced by resignation.
"That's impossible. After all these years, no one has found a cure. I've already made peace with it."
She assumed Renzo was merely trying to comfort her and shook her head with a weary smile.
She had long accepted her fate.
Perhaps dying wouldn't be so bad—it was better than lingering in a deteriorating body.
"Renzo, is that true?"
The Red Queen, however, seemed to believe him more than Alicia did.
To her, Renzo was the most mysterious individual she'd ever encountered.
His arsenal of supernatural abilities made his claim seem far more plausible.
Renzo nodded confidently. "Progeria, huh? I haven't encountered it before, but I'm sure I can figure it out. So, Alicia, come with me!"
"Go with him, Alicia! This is your chance!" Before Alicia could refuse, the Red Queen urged her earnestly.
After all, she had memories of Alicia's childhood, which made her feel like a surrogate daughter. She genuinely wished for Alicia to experience life as a normal person.
Faced with Renzo's sincerity and the Red Queen's pleading, Alicia felt like she should at least give it a try.
Renzo nodded in satisfaction. "Great! Let's pack up and get ready to leave. Red Queen, how do I take you with me?"
The Red Queen responded, "If you have an advanced supercomputer on your side, just provide me with a signal port, and I can transfer myself over."
"If not, there's a backup small-scale supercomputer in a room to the north. I can transfer into that."
"Of course, if you want me to operate at full capacity, it's best to take the base's main supercomputer with you."
She added, "Umbrella's computing technology is quite impressive."
Renzo waved his hand dismissively. "I have something even better—a quantum computer. I'll give you a signal port and full access. Just transfer yourself over."
"And don't forget to bring all of Umbrella's data with you—especially everything related to the T-virus. I'll need it."
A quantum computer from the Gundam world—there was no way Umbrella's tech could compare.
"A... quantum computer? A fully developed one? You already made that?"
Both the Red Queen and Alicia were shocked.
Renzo smirked. "You two will have plenty more to be surprised about later."
Then, glancing at the thousands of frozen, cryogenically preserved Umbrella executives, he ordered, "Get rid of these scumbags. No point keeping them alive."
Within moments, the life-support systems for those executives were shut down, and toxic gas was pumped in.
Just like that, they were sent straight to hell.
Once the Red Queen finished transferring to Renzo's quantum mainframe at his base in Japan, he placed a hand on Alicia's shoulder.
In an instant, they teleported away from the Base and back to his aircraft.
The sudden arrival made Saeko and the others look over.
They quickly noticed Alicia and couldn't help but ask curiously, "Who's this?"
Renzo casually introduced her. "This is Alicia. You can ask her about the details yourselves."
Then, pointing to the three girls, he added, "And these three are my women."
"Alright, you guys chat. We need to get moving!"
With that, he turned and headed toward the cockpit.
Behind him, a loud protest came from Rika.
"Who the hell is your woman? Don't get ahead of yourself! I never agreed to that!"
Beside her, Shizuka seized the opportunity to tease. She hugged Rika with a playful grin and said, "I think it's great! Renzo is amazing, and he even saved our lives. What's so bad about being his woman?"
"Besides, this way, we can all stay together forever. Or... do you want to abandon me, Rika?"
Seeing Shizuka's puppy-dog eyes, Rika immediately knew this girl was up to something.
Rubbing her temples, she sighed. "Can you two stop messing around? This is not the same thing!"
"Ugh! Just like I said, Why is it?"
"Hey! Stop! Are you a broken record, Shizuka?!"
Watching the two girls bicker playfully, Alicia's eyes filled with a hint of envy.
She longed for moments —laughing and teasing with close friends.
But in her life, those moments had never existed.
Saeko noticed and exchanged a glance with Shizuka.
Both smiled knowingly.
