In the room at the top floor of the skyscraper standing tall in the city’s core area.
The highest authority of the Moon Eclipse Clan, councilors and the Governor, after passing the biological recognition check at the door and confirming their identity, entered the supreme meeting room.
The meeting room covers 500 square meters; the ceiling is inlaid with automatic adjustable lights that can automatically adjust the brightness and color temperature according to the changes in indoor and outdoor light, creating the most comfortable meeting atmosphere. The interior walls are equipped with high-definition shadow projection screens, capable of switching backgrounds and content in real-time based on meeting needs; currently, they display a set of dynamically changing data analysis charts.
In the center of the meeting room, there is a round conference table with its central part empty and 18 black chairs placed around the edge.
In front of each chair, there is a projection display area that interfaces with the "Star Network" of the Intelligent Brain.
After the top echelon of the Moon Eclipse Clan took their seats one after another, a holographic interplay of light at the center of the conference table formed a figure of a cute Moon Eclipse Clan youth.
This was the intelligence core of the Moon Eclipse Clan, the supervisor of the order of the Moon Eclipse Clan: the "Star Network" Intelligent Brain.
Seeing Star Network’s appearance, the 18 attending members of the Moon Eclipse Clan stood up and saluted the Star Network.
Although Star Network is an Intelligent Brain and not a pure form of life.
Its emergence has wholly freed the Moon Eclipse Clan from endless infighting, ushering in an era of unprecedented development.
Including their elders, predecessors, all governed with the assistance of the Intelligent Brain, jointly contributing strength to the development of the Moon Eclipse Clan.
"Good morning to all Governors," Star Network greeted with a smile and a bow.
As everyone sat down, the expression on Star Network’s face suddenly became serious:
"The reason for convening this meeting is already understood by most, but I will elaborate on the situation here."
As its voice fell, Star Network raised a hand towards the sky.
Instantly, an interwoven curtain of light above Star Network’s head formed a three-dimensional projection, showing an Explorer flight craft speeding across glaciers.
Shortly after, the Explorer flight craft suddenly hovered in mid-air, then released numerous small drones that flew up towards the sky.
The projection screen also split into several segments at this point, displaying the content from different perspectives.
Finally, the small drones hovered in front of a pitch-black Space Rift, with related parameters emerging on the screen.
Star Network pointed towards the black Space Rift and explained:
"This twisted Space Rift is 0.723 moon ruler (1.34 centimeters) long and 0.323 moon ruler wide, the maximum amplitude of distortion fluctuation is 18.23%, and the detected energy strength is: 23 moon grain."
"I have extracted data from the database and judged that there is an 87.82% probability that this is a Space Tear created by the Horror Black Tide."
"You all were born on the Moon, so you might not understand what this means."
Saying this, Star Network raised a hand again, and the scene on the screen switched to a world shrouded in stars, where a massive city was enveloped by an Energy Barrier, standing upon the land:
"This is an image from the database before the catastrophe struck."
The view shifts upwards to the sky above the city, where a mass of pitch-black matter is seen expanding and spreading.
"This is a Space Rift that appeared before the Black Tide’s descent, similar rifts also emerged at other locations in the Hometown World."
The screen quickly switched, showing pictures of regions where Space Rifts had appeared.
"Comparing these cases, I found that the Space Rifts on Earth are very consistent with the characteristics of the Horror Black Tide and are completely different from the patterns of other races creating spatial breaches to arrive."
"Before the descent of other races, the spatial gaps they created are presented in a folding or tearing manner, and one can observe a clear view of another world through the rift. The contrast between the two is significant; a stable spatial passage allows the Horror Black Tide to pour strength continuously into another world without the possibility of being healed by the world itself, representing a permanent world injury."
Star Network inhales deeply in a very human-like manner:
"To summarize, respected Governors, the terrible disaster your ancestors once faced head-on may be imminent, and we must prepare in advance."
Hearing Star Network’s analysis and explanation, the high-ranking officials of the Moon Eclipse Clan present all wore extremely serious expressions.
They would not doubt the judgment of Star Network.

The main lineage that carried the Intelligent Brain Star Network descended to Earth, becoming the direct ancestors of this generation.
In the early phases after their descent, the Earth Human Race Alliance was engaged in a fierce war with the "Red Flame Clan."
By observing, they discovered that the Earth Human Clan was the original inhabitants of this planet, and the Red Flame Clan, like them, was an extraterrestrial power that had descended.
