A grainy dark blue paste begins to spread around my body.
It is my best formula, which I have derived from all the sessions I have done. I used the best resources, and I had, the ones I found, the ones I grew in my core, and the ones, I got.
Including the ones from the fossil's storages.
It had been nearly four weeks since I got my share of their things. I have been mostly in my core studying and using the storm to strengthen myself.
I didn't get out much, but I went out. To show my face.
My earlier plan was to remain in the abode, but I changed it after something. If I didn't get out and then suddenly appear, then people would be suspicious.
They think, I had been somewhere and found something good.
So, it's better, that I show myself at different places. Enough, to show, I have not found some fortune or anything. I am like them searching for the forbidden crystal.
Which is a fortune in itself.
This will likely be the last session here. After that, the benefits will begin to lessen drastically.
I could have stayed longer. If I had been strong enough to take more than only the initial energies of the storm. Its energies of it released within the first five minutes.
After that, those energies become strong enough. My body will not be able to bear it, no matter how strong I am.
Soon, the granule paste had spread across my whole body.
The energies didn't come immediately. There are three more minutes before they do. I came here, just as my abode sensed the storm.
It had become really good at it. Not only sensing the storm, but also defending against it.
This new formula is the best one yet. I have a high hope for it. I have used a lot of precious resources to research and craft it.
The number of resources I had spent would make even the fossil think deeply before using them for the increase I am getting in exchange.
Though to me, they are worth it.
Those resources are for my practice. If I couldn't use them for it, then they are useless to me.
These sessions increased my strength and the amount of forbidden power in my body. That would have taken a long time for me to achieve through my methods.
They are great, but the storm is better. Though, unlike them, the storm could only work for me for a few sessions; the methods are forever.
A minute passed, and the storm had started creating the energies, but the abode didn't absorb them.
They are weak. However, they are still stronger than the energies of the first-time, I took them. If I had taken the energies this powerful, I would have died.
It is not just because of their power, but also their formula. It was not capable of dealing with energy of this kind.
Though even if I had this formula. Absorbing this would be riskier than the energy of the first storm. Which had nearly killed me.
Four minutes and thirty-one seconds later. The energies came.
They first entered the disks, where they had begun to go through the first filtration. Earlier disks only stored the energy, but now, they also filter it.
It makes the process less straining on the paste.
A minute and a half later, they are finished, and the energy moves into the paste covering me. The thick formation in it took the energy and began to filter and add things.
It took nineteen minutes, and seventeen seconds before the first drop came out.
The process has become slower, but it needs to be. Given how dangerous this energy is and how hard it is; to process it enough, I will be able to absorb it without dying or taking days or weeks to recover.
The azure energy came inside me, and unlike before, it is thin. Watery thin, but more powerful than one thicker than honey.
It is the first time the watery energy came. Till the last session, it was thick as honey.
The formula I am using this time wasn't just upgraded from the old ones, but the one that is completely new.
So, it could be said, that I am nervous.
As it entered inside me, it spread before getting absorbed by my body and soul. Which immediately made me grit my teeth.
It wasn't this painful with the earlier energies, but here it is, and it is just beginning.
Soon, I felt the pain around my body. It made me grit my teeth hard, but also put a smile on my face seeing the way, my body is absorbing it.
It is smoother than ever felt.
Soon, another drop came, and then another. Filling my body more and more increases the pain I am feeling. Soon, it had become so much, that I wanted to stop, but I didn't.
I let the drop come continuously, till it had filled my body fully. Only then, did the flow halt.
Though not for long. The moment energy is absorbed, and space is opened, the drop comes. Increasing the pain even further.
It is so bad that every moment is a struggle in itself. I bore it.
A few minutes of pain were going to give me an enormous increase. It will make things slightly easier for me, taking me closer to the limit.
Minutes passed, and the flow continued. My body was like a hungry beast, kept absorbing everything that came with it.
It seemed to have an insatiable appetite. Even after so many sessions, its appetite remained unchanging.
The forbidden power had changed me through. If I am ever able to level up to Prime. It will turn me into a completely different being.
I feel scared, even when I think about it.
It is why, I pushed away thoughts and bore the pain with everything I have. It is far better than those thoughts I was having.
Minutes passed, till the supply was stopped. It was stopped by my clone.
My body won't be able to absorb more of the energy. It made me relieved.
Slowly, the pain lessened. It was slow, but I enjoyed the feeling of lessening the pain until the last of it got absorbed. It brought a huge, small on my face as I fell into a deep sleep.
