Then, the anomaly in Ghostly Mita's version made sense.
After the Consciousness Entity gained complete ownership of Version 1.1, it began to further corrupt the other versions.
And the first to be affected was Ghostly Mita's room. This would also explain the reason for the anomaly there.
But before Ghostly Mita's version...
