Yuta refrained from talking with Rika about her past or her identity which he found for the time being. He didn't want to have whatever happened after that in his mind just before he goes to fight that overhaul and his little gang of wannabe villains.
After confirming that it was the Yakusha group who was responsible for Rika's death, learning more details was useless. That will give him a better understanding of how to complete the quest, yes. But ultimately that information was unnecessary when it came to figuring out who was actually responsible for the deed, there is after all only one Yakusha group here who have been controlling this area for decades.
The name of the group which Overhaul was a part of, meaning ultimately it comes down to taking care of that one bastard. If earlier Yuta wanted to punch the shit out of that mask face was out of an act of duty and resentment for doing something so horrible to a little girl then now, the situation was personal.
"They still haven't found anything about Eric's location, but that doesn't matter honestly. Because the location of Shie Hassaikai has been known to the Heroes for a long time, it's just that finding legal proof against the Yakusha is hard.
Everyone knows that they do illegal deeds but that ultimately doens't matter, what matters is what can be proven in the court.

But that also means that I can't involve any higher-up or Pros in this, they outright won't let me go to their headquarters.

This time let's not hold back…' Yuta thought as he saw the time on his phone, noting that it would be evening soon, he planned to act sooner than later.
Attacking solo in the morning is in no way a good idea, at least at night he can get some kind of advantage with the element of surprise on his part.
Before going there he also has to check out Overhaul's and his underling's powers. He won't want a repeat of last time when he was completely unaware that the other person was a dangerous villain, both Deku and Mario knew and he was the only one who was ignorant of this fact.
He could have saved much of his time and all this trouble if only he had known last time and had taken action.

That's what the underlings of Overhauls refer to them as, as the name suggests, there are eight of them who hold significant positions or powerful quirks in that group.
Heroes too didn't have much information on them but whatever they had, Yuta got it, it was pretty easy honestly just had to call Night Eye and request a copy of the file regarding this case.
Even Yuta didn't realise that it wasn't as easy as it seemed to him, not anyone could get this information just like that, he was a special case, and though blissfully ignorant he was, he didn't give two thoughts about this.
Now that he had some understanding of what he was going against, he had to gather information about the place he would be attacking soon.
The current base of Shie Hassaikai is none other than the house of their formal head, It is a typical old-style Japanese house but not everything it is like, it seems like.
He looms around the place, staying away from the prying eyes and more importantly cameras, the objective was simple.
Get in contact with any of the members of Hassaikai and then get into their brainwashed.
Though it's a significant cost on his Hero Time to gather information by using his Genjutsu, he had no other option. He already plans that he will go all out for this mission anyway. Thus he saved his Hero time all day which was now a staggering 2 and a half hours, he had that left in its entirety, not to mention not mention the timing of this action aligned with his HT renewal well.
So he keeps on lingering around, away from the actual building but close enough that his Sharingan can see its entrance.
And acted the first chance he saw someone getting out of there. With almost blinding speed he moves to intercept the target. He didn't even have to touch him, just make sure he looked into his eyes, which was a given if someone suddenly blocked a person's path.
As soon as the man looks into his eyes he traps in his Genjutsu. Sparing no expense he used his highest Genjutsu skill which cost him an eye-watering 30 minutes of hero time.
It's pretty obvious that he doesn't like wasting HT , his mentality of being prepared or anything always made him paranoid to save as much HT as possible, what happened with Bakugo back then was also a huge reason he was even more strict on not losing HT if not absolutely necessary. But again today was an exception.
"Tell me everything you know about what's inside that building and its internal structure…" Yuta replied inside his Genjutsu.
Yeah 30 Minutes of HT provides a complete Tsukyomi-like experience, though of course it wasn't Tsukyomi but a mere normal Genjutsu which didn't distort the time nor it let the person feel real pain inside the Genjutsu, but still, as long as the person doesn't have a very strong will to get out of it, it's not impossible to get what he wanted.
And it's not like he himself has to ask this, inside the Genjutsu the one asking this question was not a puny him but the giant All Might, cracking his fist, ready to break all 200 or so bones of the man if he dare not to say.
But the information he had wasn't enough. Low-willed people also mean lower-grade information.
However, he said one thing which was made putting 30 HT to use worth it.

He by now means can boast about his own luck given its track record but at least it helps him out when it really matters. And for the time being that was all he could ask for.
'Now this surely changes things.' Yuta smirked and took out his phone.
"Both of you, get your ass at my location asap and don't tell anyone, I found her…"
