Sharing insights repeatedly was… exhausting.
This exhaustion struck not only Yang Ji but Yang Xu as well. Though she mostly just transported the children to the Recovery Hall, her Qi had eventually been sapped by Yang Ji.
Thankfully, they had an abundance of Eight Revolutions Qi Recovering Pills. So, they could do this continuously.
‘Continuously’ as in, even through the night.
Naturally, they had to take breaks in between. Even if one of them shared insight while the other took Pills to recover, the speed of recovery could not offset the speed in which they committed the target to slumbering cultivation. So, it was only natural that after the first few children, the speed bodies appearing in the Recovery Hall slowed down.
And due to these Pills, they did not even stop at night. They continued on. After all, neither knew when they might get in trouble. To support their Mothers’ plan, they would need to act fast before any opposition arrives.
It should be said that they even grew skillful at it. Those being ‘treated’ started to ‘show’ less resistance. Initially, one might still see one of the Twins’ faces. However, soon enough, they did not even realise what had happened before their world turned dark and they were confined inside their own Knowledge Sea…
But, should this not cease once it turned dark and the students all went back to their dorms? What about the Isolation Arrays in the dorms?
Initially, the Twins had expected themselves to stop as well. Who knew that the Heavenly Demon Queen would willingly volunteer to land them a hand?
With the help of this peerless expert in Arrays, what could stop them?
The dormitories were being raided left right and centre. It could be said that once these children were stationary, it was easier to capture them.
So, they continued.
Again, one by one, children got sucked into their hands and ended up in the Recovery Hall…
Naturally, that meant that the Recovery Hall was working round the clock, accommodating those children. If they had not prepared beforehand, things might have been a problem. However, with the help from the other Halls, these children were taken care of in an orderly fashion.
Yet, for this busy site, the receptionist who received Yang Ji had all but disappeared.
No one knew where she went, nor who she was at this point. It was as if her existence had completely disappeared. In fact, it was a mystery as to why no one was looking for her.

And while the Twins were busy at work…
“I presume, then, that we are in accordance?”
“My my. Men don’t like their girls to be so stern. Smile a little, why don’t you.”
A stony silence filled the air as this dorm room felt cold as ice…
“Sheesh. Can’t even take a joke. But, I have to say, how daring of you to come here alone. Are you not afraid of what I might do to you after what you’ve done to me?”
“Should such coercion have any effect upon my person, you would scarcely be where you are today. That much, at least, should be evident to you.”
“Oh. How pompous of you to say that.”
The boy could hear a cold scoff and he gave a sigh.
“For a noble Lady like you, to resort to such methods to coerce me. Well, should I say that I’m honoured? Fine. I’ll agree to your demands. Not like I have much choice in this matter, anyways.”
“The guarantee.”
“I’ll swear on my Dao Heart.”
“That will not suffice.”
“Damn. It is seriously tough to deal with Primordial Beings like you. In that case, I’ll let you keep that as your bargaining chip. Happy now?”
“Enter into a covenant with that child.”
The boy thought for a while and relented. “Fine. But I have some conditions.”

“You all didn’t need to do this behind my back. To think you actually received all the teachers’ acknowledgement without me knowing, all just in case.” Yang Kai’s voice rang out through his room as a woman placed her arms around his neck.
“Husband, is it not better for you to distance yourself from this matter?” A gentle seductive voice filled his ear, a whisper that came from behind. Naturally, it was Yu Ru Meng.
“Exactly. Leave the politics to us. There is no need for you to do everything.” Another melodious voice came out which tugged at ones’ heart. It was Shan Qing Luo.
“All of you made me the Principal. I need to be responsible for this seat.” Yang Kai said but Yu Ru Meng just shook her head.
“Husband, they are not seeing you as just a mere Principal of a school. They are seeing you as, Yang Kai, the sole man who entered the World Creation Realm and created High Heaven Palace, the strongest Sect in this world. Otherwise, they would not have wanted to so seriously make use of their children like this. Taking your hand away from this matter would be best for your position. Leave the politics to us.”
“Besides, it is not like you are unaware as to why we wanted you to become the Principal. It is not to entertain matters like this.”
“Yes, I am aware. You want me to have a seat here for our kids. At least, that would allow me to spend more time with them before they are grown up. Also, as a punishment, take care of this massive child-rearing project…” Yang Kai thought back on how they were so adamant that this was to be his punishment.
“En. But, honestly, even we are stumped that those two could cause so much chaos before the month was up. Even so, since this chaos is caused by our children, it will be dealt with by their Parents, in our capacity as their Mothers.” Shan Qing Luo added.
“So, you all plan to keep High Heaven Palace and High Heaven Academy separate. But, will this really work out? All of you are Palace Mistresses. Certainly…” Yang Kai wanted to continue to speak but at this point, Yu Ru Meng covered his mouth and just said, “Just leave it to us. We are more adept at politics than you think.”
Seeing how these two women have moved to the forefront to protect Yang Ji and Yang Xu, Yang Kai could only relent at this point. Certainly, if one were to consider soft politics, they would have him beat. Yang Kai had most relied on other factors in having an edge over others. However, these two women were especially adept at dealing with people on the same level as them. If not, people with positions higher than them.
Furthermore, it had to be said that in terms of management of High Heaven Palace, was it not done by others instead of the Palace Master?
“Fine. I’ll take my hands off this matter. But, in that case, why didn’t you just tell me the plan in the first place? You could have saved me so much headache.” Yang Kai asked but at this point, even he did not expect a straightforward answer.
“To mess with you.” Yu Ru Meng straightforwardly answered.
“Are you serious?” Yang Kai frowned but the answer Yu Ru Meng gave made him chuckle instead. “After we gave you your punishment, what did you do, huh? Us Sisters still have our bodies aching.”
“Besides, what’s wrong with a Father having headaches over his children? We are going to clean up the mess because you have the sacred position of Palace Master, and our punishments cannot come as a detriment to the Sect. The least you could do is share some of the suffering.” Shan Qing Luo rolled her eyes as she said this.
“Yes, yes, I made you all suffer a lot that night.” Yang Kai chuckled.
“That night? You mean a week.” Shan Qing Luo’s eyes narrowed. But, since it was technically not such a rare occurrence, she just relented and continued to say, “Sister Xue Yue has gone out to Red Clouds Cave Heaven. As for the other children, here is the list. For now, us Sister will go meet their Parents. In the meantime, as the Principal, you would need to prepare a speech for the students to explain why this is happening.”
“In short, leave matters outside of the academy to us. We will deal with those. You just need to take care of the academy itself.” Yu Ru Meng reiterated.
