Rose was pregnant and in dire need of his care thus Ares was unable to attend the family dinner. On one hand, where Ajax was cooking simple pasta, Alaina looked over his shoulders before poking his bicep a little with her finger, when she saw him not budging even once and turning the butterfly-shaped food with a frown on his face, a giggle left her own mouth where she clutched her lips with her palms and try not to laugh.
"You look so hot when you are angry." Ajax had earlier arrived at home only to see his beautiful treasure cooking a variety of cuisines. He remembered inviting Aurora and her boyfriend to the dinner but had explicitly asked their chef to prepare accordingly...how come the staff was so insolent to make his woman- The mafia empress work while they dwindled here and there, dallying from their work.
He was going to fire all of them!
"No, we aren't firing anyone." Frail fingers clasped his masculine arm and the Russian heiress clutched it close to her with a smiling face.
"Our baby has grown up, she is going to bring her love home for the first time, it's a special occasion Jax." The moss green irises that were twinkling with love and warmth when she smiled were now smoldering fire. So this was what this entire fiasco was all about.
After that Ajax simply picked up the woman and exited the kitchen.
"I have to cook a dessert! You cannot do this-"
"Come on, I will dress you for the 'special occasion."
"B-But It is still hours away!"
"Too less time indeed." Words that fell into his ears were ignored as Alaina was carried up the stairs in Ajax arms and their bedroom door was closed with a loud bang making the staff members that were working nearby.

Aurora felt her eyelids drooping, in case of how much sleep they got last night she shuddered and glared at the man who had his personality changing like day and night. He was a sweetheart that was too easy to tease when he was awake yet when drunk heavily on desire all his adorable traits dropped to the ground and he became a beast.
"I-I am sorry! I won't do it again!" Hector's face today, was almost impossible to differentiate from the tomato he was washing in the sink. He may or may not have let Aurora stay awake the entire night yet it was her fault for being so pretty.
"Promise me"
"(>.<)" Silence followed her demand and the man turned around rummaging through the contents of the refrigerator as if he could not hear her, in reality, his face had 'guilt' written on his forehead in invisible ink that only he and Aurora could see.
Aurora smiled at his silly attitude and simply laid with the blanket covering her on the spacious couch, she wished to see him work for her so diligently thus had came down from the bedroom yet upon her arrival downstairs Hector wrapped her up in the soft blanket.
Porcelain kettle made from fragile ceramic with inlay work poured strawberry flavored pink tea into a cup and arranged avocado sandwiches onto the tray, he had prepared a bowl of chocolate cookies along with some blueberries and crackers.
"Baby, eat something and let me put you to sleep after that."
Aurora who was initially unable to walk due to the uncomfortable pain now sat with much ease. Hector had prepared a medication for her previously which bought the much needed relief. Slowly holding her up against his chest, the cushions were adjusted while the hot pillow was again settled onto her lap.
Spoon by spoon the man fed her fruits along with crackers followed by the tea that she sipped.
"Do you want to have something else, what about chicken soup?" Like a spoiled child Aurora refused to eat anything anymore and yawned as if signaling Hector to carry her upwards into his room and the male smiled in joy before doing exactly same.
While the woman was asleep she did not saw Hector laying her down on the bed and gently parting her loose robes to look at the body that he had marked yesterday. Those red patches on her that she claimed to love was disliked by him very much.
Smooth fingers applied a medication consisting of cool gel that he had secretly bought and massaged her gently. The moan that left those pink petals consisted of a certain remembrance of touch while also wincing a little. Hector covered his angel after he made sure that each of his love bite on her body was treated and slowly settled a warm blanket on Aurora.
Sweet kiss that touched her forehead was followed by the male who settled along with his soulmate and held her close to his chest.
"Sleep my love."
