Lying in bed, Jeff opened his eyes, sitting up with heavy breathing. Then, the system appeared in front of him.

A countdown began, and Jeff understood that once it was over, he could return to the white room.
But what caught his attention was the hours he had spent there.
"System, ten—ten... hours? Then what time is it?" he panicked, checking his phone. It read 8 PM.
"Huh, just one hour had passed?" he said.

The system explained, making Jeff feel enlightened.
He was greatly relieved, as he had feared that 10 hours had passed, especially since he hadn’t even gotten the chance to enjoy his sleep yet.
With that, he stretched his body, finally feeling relaxed. He slumped back onto the bed, a relaxed smile spreading across his face.
"This feels so good~. Is this how peaceful my life is?" Jeff said, clearly coming close in the verge of tears.
After being beaten up in the white room over 250 times, or even more, it had been pure torture to him. Just as he started to drift off to sleep, something suddenly clicked in his mind.
"Oh yeah, before the system started dragging me, I have not used the skill yet," he voiced out.
With that he sat on the bed, as he tried to remember something in his mind and then he found it.
With that he started to cultivate it, and he sat with legs crossed since this its requirement, then he followed his memory.
As he sat with his legs crossed, he straightened his spine, with arms resting lightly on his knees. He closed his eyes and reached inward, following the instructions etched into his memory.
The first step was Breath Alignment it must be slow deep inhales paired with held tension in his muscles.
With each breath he took, Jeff focused on the subtle vibrations running through his body, the ones most people would never notice.
As he concentrated, he could feel the energy shifting within him, aligning his body and mind for what was to come.
Every inhale filled him with calm, while every exhale released the lingering tension, preparing him for the next stage.
Then came pulse syncing, where Jeff matched his internal rhythm to a steady beat that is heartbeat, breath, and muscle pressure all unified into one constant pulse.
That’s when he felt it. It’s a subtle tingling sensation that sparked beneath his skin, starting from his fingertips and toes, crawling upward like static electricity.
It was a feeling of energy awakening, growing stronger with each synchronized breath.
His body seemed to hum in response, as the vibrations aligns with the rhythm of his pulse, preparing him for the next phase of his cultivation.
It wasn’t painful, but it was strange. His nerves felt like wires warming up for the first time in years.
His blood carried not just warmth, but a sensation that something inside him was beginning to shift.
It was as if his very essence was being reawakened, every fiber of his being coming to life. The change was subtle, yet undeniable, like the first spark of a flame in the dark.
Then the third step was then activated, that is called Kinetic Conduction in his memory.
Suddenly, the veins modified by the system which is the Kinetic Veins began to respond.
They lit up in sequence that is invisible to the naked eye but clear in his senses.
Dozens of microscopic channels layered under his muscle tissue began circulating the energy generated from his body’s inner movement.
It felt like compressing motion without actually moving, a pressure building within his body, coiling the energy that was ready to explode the moment he chose to release it.
The sensation was both foreign and familiar, like tapping into a power he’d always had but never truly understood.
Some tiny twitches involuntarily pulses micro muscle contractions, and each one gives a feeling into something deeper.
The motion core implanted at the center of his sternum by the system, began to hum faintly. Not with sound but with pleasure.
His body didn’t feel heavy, nor did it feel light. It felt primed, it’s like every muscle, every nerve was on the edge of action, ready to spring into action at a moment’s notice.
The energy circulating through him wasn’t just raw power it was like a coiled spring just waiting to unleash.
And as if something inside him clicked into place, now every part of him was slowly charging not with the so-called Qi and mana, but with force.
With his eyes closed, his lips parted open, "So this is kinetic energy,"
His skin tingled as his bones vibrated ever so lightly, even his heart started to beat slower, but it was stronger.
Feeling like he was refreshed by this, he continued to relish the feeling of electric current that spreads all throughout him.
Time passed, then a whole hour just passed as he opened his eyes and decided to do it tomorrow morning since it’s the weekend.
As he planned out his day, Jeff suddenly noticed a foul odor that made his brows twitch. He looked at himself and saw that he was covered in a gooey black substance.
"What the heck is this?" he muttered, the smell so awful it almost made him gag.
He hurriedly went to the bathroom, stripping off his clothes and jumping into the shower.
Scrubbing himself wildly, he used copious amounts of soap to try and wash away the stench.
As he scrubbed, he couldn’t help but wonder where the hell this disgusting substance had come from.
After scrubbing himself thoroughly, Jeff stopped and rinsed off, feeling refreshed. He stepped out of the bathroom, with only a towel covering his lower body.
"Hufff~ scrubbing myself is really hard. It’s such a surprise that I didn’t feel any pain after being so aggressive," Jeff said.
As he touched his arm and pinched it. However, he still felt the pain from the pinch.
This left him confused. When brushing his skin with the clothing brush, it usually hurt, but now, it didn’t.
As he was about to take a step, he felt his senses sharpen, and his eyes naturally darted toward the door.
There, he saw a girl standing, the door slightly ajar. She was a beauty, her eyes wide in surprise as she dropped the pillow she had been holding while staring at him.
