Daksh POV

"Daksh, did you forget how she cheated on you?" Maya yelled.
"Shut up Maya. It's enou..." but she cut me off.
"Seriously Daksh? I wasn't really expecting you to save Divya today. I was expecting you to hurt her, to tell her that she is a waste of time in your life. Just clear my confusion Daksh. You agreed my plan right?" She asked and that question that got me agitated.
"Yes Maya, I agreed to your plan to hurt her and make her jealous. But I never agreed to hurt her physically. She's pregnant damn it! Listen carefully Maya, I will never ever play the role of being your puppet who strings in whichever manner you want. I will never allow anyone to hurt her physically even if it's myself. Just forget about your stupid jealous plans!" I told her sternly.
She just suddenly stared at me silently. "You can go now" I said and turned to walk away but instantly stopped on hearing her words.
"I love you Daksh, but you never paid any attention to me. You just met that bitch 4 months ago and you fell head over heels in love with her. What does she have that I don't?!" She asked me desperately.
I just stood there silently like a statue, neither talking nor moving. How did our discussion end up there?
"Maya, what are you saying? You are my best friend's sister. I don't have any feelings towards you. You are beautiful and if you just turn your head and search for the one for you, you will find him" I explained to her calmly.
"I don't want anyone, I just want you Daksh. I am telling this everytime, she is just an opportunist and nothing else. Just divorce her. It's not so late come to me. We'll get married and I'll give you all the love you deserve" She said.
I shut my eyes for a second as I folded my hand into a fist. I could feel the anger slowly swelling within me.
"Maya instead of being helpful to me, you're beginning to ruin my plans" I said through my gritted teeth. Even if I wanted to yell at her, I can't do so. She's my friend's sister. She is a spoiled brat because her brother gave everything to her. Whatever Maya wants, she gets it by hook or crook.
"You are saying all this to me for this good-for-nothing wife of yours? Tell me Daksh!" She asked me angrily.
"Just stop Maya. You're making yourself look so cheap right now" I shouted at her.
"You are shouting at me. Did you forget what she did to you?" Angry tears are brimming her eyes.
"Stop your foolishness right this minute!" I told her annoyingly.
"This is not my foolishness. It's my true love Daksh. Why does she have to come back from London and steal you from me? I lost you once for that bit*h who betrayed you but this time, I won't let it happen. Because you are mine. Only. Mine." She said pointing at herself.
"The hell I am. I'm exclusively belong to my wife" I told her sincerely.
"Tell me Daksh, are you in love with that bit*h again?" She raised her voice. I ignored her and tried to walk past her but she wouldn't let me.
"I'm asking you a question! Do you love-" but I cut her off.
"YES! YES, I LOVE HER. IN FACT, I NEVER STOPPED LOVING HER" I shouted at her. Maya's eyes widened.
"I won't accept it Daksh. You don't love her. She cheated on you!" She said angrily.
"I agree she cheated on me but I still love her. Though I can never forgive her, I'm not going to love you and there's no way we're going to marry, understand?" I told her angrily.
"She has to die. I will kill her. I love you more than your bit*h wife and today I will prove it to you, my love" she said and swiftly moved forward to kiss me. But before that happened, I slapped hard across her face and she fell back on the ground.
"Now listen to me carefully Maya. If you dare hurt even a single strand hair on my wife, I will come after you like your worst nightmare. Mark my words!" Her fearful eyes looked up to meet my furious ones.
"You know what Maya? Divya was so damn right about you. She always told me that your intentions are not good and you really are a spoiled brat. Don't even come near to me at all!"
I shouted, making her flinch. I held her wrist and dragged her to the door. When I have reached the door, I threw her out of my house.
"DON'T YOU DARE SHOW ME YOUR FACE AGAIN!" I yelled at her angrily.
"I won't stop until I prove MY LOVE TO YOU" she said confidently. I looked at her angrily and shut the door at her face.
I sighed and turned around as my eyes landed on Divya. She's standing upstairs, looking at me emotionally. I saw the hurt in her diamond eyes. She wiped her tears suddenly and went to her room.
Great! She listened to my conversation with Maya. She'll know that I'm still in love with her. She now knows that I have feelings for her.
God! I made fun of myself!
I sat on the couch tiredly. I have a severe headache. I knew it was my fault that I agreed to Maya's plan to hurt Divya and make her jealous. There the reason I carried Maya in my arms and went to the guest room. I didn't do anything inappropriate to her. But Maya had some another plan because she began to moan herself as loud as possible just to make Divya jealous. I felt disgusted.
But Suddenly Divya started knocking the door loudly but I didn't open the door. I enjoyed seeing her jealous state.
"Daksh opened the damn door. I want to tell you something very important" I heard her say but neither I answered nor opened the door. She constantly asked me to open the door. When I didn't open the door after about 10 minutes, then she suddenly stopped knocking.
Did she gave up just like that?
"Okay, don't open the door. I hope you can hear me at least. I'm going to meet Karthik. I'm missing him like hell. His kiss, his touch, our late night's make out. I miss everything about him. Hearing Maya moans I got so horny that I gonna fuck him. Now you can focus on your own night stand peacefully. Bye husband, I'll meet you tomorrow morning and will explain everything. Enjoy" She said to me. I heard her footsteps fading away as she walked away
How dare she? Picking up the flower vase, I threw it against the wall, making it shatter into million pieces. Maya flinched seeing my red angry face.
Hearing her words, I just want to slap her. Even hearing the name 'Karthik' makes my blood boil. If I don't do anything right now she would really go to him.
"I'm not going to allow her to cheat on me anymore" I murmured and opened the door. I dragged Divya to my room.
Just thinking about Karthik touching her, makes my blood boil and not to mention, the overwhelming jealousy.
I scolded her for talking to me like this. Then she scolded me for taking Maya to the guest room. Suddenly, Maya entered my room. The next thing I knew was Maya and Divya were already having a cat fight in front of me. I can't control them. I started getting irritated with Maya's behaviour. But when she pushed Divya, I was so shocked. Before Divya could hit the ground, I wrapped my arms around her stomach and pulled her to my chest safely. When my hands touched her pregnant stomach accidentally, goose bumps rose against my skin, causing a long shiver to run down my spine.
What the hell?
I slowly rubbed her stomach intentionally because I want to feel the sensation. Once again, shivers ran down my spine and goose bumps formed all over my skin.
Oh God! Is she really carrying my baby? My baby is growing inside her womb? So many thoughts ran through my mind.
Divya felt dizzy, so I made her lay down on the bed, dragging Maya outside the room.
I didn't expect Maya to confess her love for me. What would her brother think if he sees us like that? I don't want to stain my friendship with Sanjay.
At first, I didn't like the idea of taking Maya help for my plan, which was to make Divya jealous, but I didn't have any choice, so I agreed. But Maya got carried away and that is the last thing I want to happen. I don't want to worsen my life.
She was stressing me out and threatening to kill my Divya and tried to kiss me.
That's it!
I lost my patience, slapped her and threw her out of my house. But now I have realized that what I did was wrong.
I really feel guilty for my action. My mom always advised me saying that a real man never raises a hand at woman. But Maya deserve it. She crossed her all limits and I couldn't control.
"God, my headache is killing me!" I sighed, going to my room. I saw Divya was sleeping peacefully. I took painkillers tablet, gulped down and laid beside her on the bed. I closed my eyes and tried to sleep.
After few minutes, suddenly she rested her head in the crook of my neck and wrapped her arms around my chest. I opened my eyes and saw her but she was sleeping peacefully. I want to push her away but I couldn't or simply I just didn't want to. Do I really want her after what she has done to me?
She cheated me and hurt me but I never wanted to hate her. I feel angry at myself for not hating her. She really is my weakness.
The plan was a total failure. Instead of making her jealous, it was me who was dying of frustration and jealousy.
Why I was still feeling the love for her when I had been awfully hurt and betrayed? Why can't I stop my feelings for her? I shut my eyes for a second as I folded my hand into a fist.
'If you don't want to hurt again, just push her away Daksh' my inner voice warned me.
But I didn't pushed her. I gently put her head on the pillow. I sighed
From tomorrow my only mission is 'Avoiding her as much as I can!' I vowed to myself and drifted into deep knowledge sleep.

Precap - I saw there was a dark person shadow near the stairs. I saw a shadow coming near me. I tried to scream, but my mouth seemed drier than the desert.
