After finishing the house inspection and checks with no apparent issues, Tatsuro decided to cast [Lock Magic] on each door.
To prevent the locks created by [Lock Magic] from being picked using dispel magic, one needs to imagine a more complex magical form.
However, in Tatsuro's case, just mixing multiple attributes into the key magic significantly increases security.
This is because, besides Tatsuro, who possesses special skills, there couldn't be anyone else who has both dispel magic and can use multiple attributes.
Considering both security performance and ease of magic creation, they decided to implement [Lock Magic] plus five attributes with Cardina and others helping out.
He mixed fire, dispel, wind, curse, and lightning into the lock magic, creating a demonic lock that could only be unlocked by someone with dispel, fire, life, water, and Wood attributes - and all of them needed to be at high levels.
Since it would be troublesome to recreate this lock from scratch each time, and because his level had increased substantially with many empty slots in the [Compound Magic Skill] registration, he registered it there. (T/N: I don't think this is different from [Composite Magic Skill Enhancement] but it will be decided in the showing their statuses)
Although he had locked the doors, currently only Tatsuro himself could unlock them as the master key holder who cast the lock magic.
Therefore, he needed to create physical keys for Ai and the others.

"Ah, something came out!" (Ai)
From the tip of Tatsuro's staff, a hologram-style card key materialized.
"Ai. Could you try opening this door with that?" (Tatsuro)

After putting lock magic on all the doors, they leisurely took care of weapon maintenance and meals before going to sleep in their new house.
Tatsuro and his partner's bedroom had a large bed plunked down that was big enough for two people to sprawl out comfortably.
Though it was just their usual mattress laid on top of a stone frame that had been shaped.
Besides that, there was a small washroom and toilet, dressers for clothes, and bookshelves, making it a room that still lacked many things.
When Tatsuro woke up in the bed of such a room, he pulled Ai close, woke her with life magic, went down to the living room, had breakfast, and when they went outside it was finally time to depart.
But before that, he decided to use up his SP while it was still safe to do so.
Currently, Tatsuro's SP is (267). +100 from winning against the dungeon. This calculation included additions from the giant moray eel, tree fruit-type monster, and level-up bonuses.
By the way, the title [Amazing!] had already been applied to the levels gained from the dungeon battle, so SP had already increased by 4 for levels 54-71.
"SP accumulated more than I expected. Maybe it's about time for everyone else to use theirs too" (Tatsuro)
"I think I'll hold out a bit longer. Unlike Tatsuro who made a mistake, I can't get more from elsewhere" (Ai)

"So Jeanne-chan made her choice after careful consideration" (Ai)
Nodding firmly at Ai's words, Tatsuro understood that she had a clear use in mind.
For his daughter's sake, Tatsuro decided to acquire as much wood magic as possible with his current SP and use the remainder for ice magic.
Since neither Ai nor the others objected, he chose to spend a total of SP (254) to get Wood magic level 7 and Ice magic level 1.
He had been worried that getting explosion magic might have increased the rate for ice magic, but fortunately, that wasn't the case - likely because it was a non-attribute magic and a special magic not listed in the system.
And then, when he raised Wood magic to 7 and acquired ice magic level 1 with the remaining SP, it happened.

As they started drifting to unrelated topics, Athena brought them back on track.
"So Dad, what kind of skill is this?" (Athena)
"Ah. Apparently it's an eye that can see all kinds of powers that exist in the world" (Tatsuro)
"What does that mean?" (Athena)
"Basically, using this I can see things that [Mana Perception] couldn't - like what attribute of magic something is, or see things like physical power to tell if someone has martial arts skills or spear skills just by looking. His eyes changed to a rainbow color, and his vision went dark.
However, where Ai and Cardina were, thermography-like lights were floating in different colors in the shape of each person.
When focusing [Spirit Eyes] on what appeared to be Ai, there was a mix of various colors emitting tremendous light.
He could see the colors of magic skills and magical powers that each of the others possessed.
Furthermore, not only that, but these eyes could ignore obstacles and see the colors of monsters on the dungeon conquest route beyond this place.
Then Tatsuro returned to his normal eyes. His eye color returned to its original black, and his vision returned to the usual scenery.
"So this only shows the power of living things?" (Tatsuro)
"What do you mean by only the power of living things?" (Ai)
"Well, there's a floor here. And you can see the ceiling and church doors. But with these eyes, you can't see them. It's pitch black"(Tatsuro)
"So because it only shows things with power like magic or physical power, Spirit Eyes can ignore walls and ceilings to see beings with power on the other side?" (Athena)
"Right. That's another difference from Leah's skill which can't be used if obstacles block the view" (Tatsuro)

This raised a question, which Nana brought up.
"But in that case, wouldn't it have been better to keep Magic Vision? Only seeing things with power could be problematic in some situations" (Nana)
"That's right. There might be times when we need just [Mana Perception]. Yet they removed it" (Ai)
"Yeah, that's the thing... Since they're completely different skills, they could have let me keep it" (Tatsuro)
As Tatsuro was grumbling disappointedly, Leah, who had been observing Tatsuro's skill activation with her sky-blue eyes, explained why it was removed.
"No. It seems the [Mana Perception] skill is just a part of [Spirit Eyes] functions. Therefore, if Tatsuro controls it well, he should be able to reproduce just [Mana Perception], or see just physical power - viewing only what's necessary" (Leah)
Tatsuro tried to use just [Mana Perception] while channeling light magic power.
He was able to use it without darkening his vision like before. Moreover, it was more advanced than before - even without activating light magic, he could understand by color that it was light-attributed magic power.
Actually, [Mana Perception] could do this much too if leveled up high enough.
"Amazing. So does that mean I can do something like [Physical Power Perception], opposite to [Mana Perception]?" (Tatsuro)

Since he could see even the tiniest unnecessary bits of magic power, Tatsuro was confident he could use magic more precisely.
Despite such unexpected developments, they briefly touched on the levels and status increases from conquering the dungeon, and finally gave Jeanne her second attribute, Wood magic factor.

After confirming the Wood magic by producing twin leaves from nowhere, Jeanne neighed happily.
Then after being begged for some of the leftover plant seeds, he gave them to Jeanne, and finally, it was time to leave.
So lastly, including thanks for letting them stay so long in the church, he called out to the dungeon.
"Well then, we're heading out. Thanks for everything. It really helped" (Tatsuro)
