'We know that the Sun, the Nightmare, and the Null were already a thing back then.'
'The Maw only rose later.'
'She probably existed during that Era.'
'The suppression factor was increased tremendously during the era of the Suffering Ones, which means they probably had even more Eternals than we have nowadays.'
'However, the suppression factor was too high, and humanity basically never got a foothold, which meant almost no Zephyx production for the aliens.'
'So, they had to cull their most oppressive Eternals.'
'Based on history, I believe the Maw rose to power during this era.'
'The aliens probably drastically reduced the suppression factor of this era near the beginning, and when humanity grew rapidly, they quickly introduced the Maw to cull the numbers of Shields.'
'The fight against Death had to continue for as long as possible.'
'Nurse Alice is not so bad as a suppression factor. In fact, she might even act as kind of an anti-suppression factor.'
'She gets rid of the humans that don't feel any hope, keeping only the hopeful humans alive.'
'She also makes people deathly afraid of wanting to die. Thinking about death already feels dangerous when a slip of the tongue can actually kill you.'
'Nurse Alice might have been introduced during the era of the Suffering Ones, and she might have even improved overall Zephyx production.'
'The Suffering Ones needed a proverbial kick in the ass.'

'The chances of her being the energy manipulation knowledge repository are quite high.'
'If Nurse Alice is the knowledge repository, she knows where the others are, and with her power, she can just get rid of the bases. She could just destroy them with her own power.'
'She doesn't want to burn bridges.'
'She saw the power of the Empire, and she believes that there is a chance that humanity will rise.'
'As an easy Zephyx generator, she could continue living.'
'Humanity needs a way to get rid of Prephyx, and Specters are perfect for that.'
'Even more, if she helps humanity, we would view her as our ally.'
