The mighty Kairos Mothership was the pinnacle of Jyera’s technology. Thousands of kilometers in diameter, equipped with the latest artificial gravity system, and capable of traveling at 1/7 the speed of light, it also had an entire self-sustaining biome.

But then everyone was surprised when the blurred planet disappeared, revealing itself to be a spaceship five times larger than the Kairos Mothership. It was not the planet that had disappeared, but rather this giant ship that occupied the entire view of the Jyreans’ ship. And what happened next was a bombardment of energy weapons from the enemy ship, which destroyed the largest spaceship ever created by the humans of Jyera, killing more than 3000 humans on board...
Back in Jyera, in the Observer’s surveillance room. Messages from the AI continued to notify the group about extermination targets and other missions related to the Observer’s new plan...
