Few more days have been passed Stefan was still fulfilling all of Sarah’s carvings, but didn’t neglect her health.
Nowadays, Sarah was only fond of chocolates, ice creams, cake, and pastries. Very often in the mid of night she goes to the kitchen and eats ice creams, pastries, etc. but always caught by Stefan, who always comes to know whenever his angel gets up by his side.
Like tonight Stefan woke up finding Sarah is not beside him, but before he goes to the kitchen to find her, he saw Sarah was standing in front of the mirror and gazing at her image while changing angles.
“Angel, what are you doing in front of the mirror at this hour?” Stefan asked in a sleepy tone.
Sarah answered with a cute pout, “Stefu, I am wondering how I put on so much.”
Stefan woke up with a jerk listening to her blabber in the mid of the night.
“Angel, how could that be? It’s not fat, it’s your baby bump, you are carrying our baby in your stomach, isn’t it?”
Stefan tried to coax her, but nothing worked because it’s her mood swing on her head.
“No, I am fat, see my chubby cheeks, my double chin too.” Sarah pulled her cheeks, showing it puffed. “That’s why you don’t love me anymore,” Sarah complained.
‘What the hell, what is all this she is thinking at the mid of night?’ Stefan thought irritatingly, but couldn’t say it aloud.
“No angel, I still love you like before and will always. How can doubt on my love?”
“Yes, you have changed. You hardly kissed me for long, let alone lovemaking.” Sarah held her hips and said in an argumentative way.
Stefan stood up and way towards her; he held her shoulder and said lovingly, “That was because we have to be careful with baby, we can’t take the risk, right?”
“These are just lame excuses.” Sarah jerked his hand from her shoulder.
Stefan was in real trouble thinking about how to make her understand? He scratched his head for a few minutes, then he got an idea.
“Angel, do you think our love for each other depends on how you look? No, we love each other’s hearts and souls. It doesn’t matter how your appearance is, but my love is, for your beautiful heart and kind soul can never be changed for anything.”
He considerately kissed her after saying this, and Sarah was happy by his words.
After sometimes when they broke the kiss, Sarah’s eyes were filled with tears. “Stefan, you are right, inner beauty is important, then outer beauty. Sorry for doubting on your love.”
“It’s alright. Now tell me, what do you want to have today?”
“Nothing, I just want to sleep in your embrace.”
Stefan nodded, picked her in his arms, took her to the bed, and made her sleep in his embrace protectively.
Two months have passed, Sarah has an enormous belly, her days are completed, and the doctor said after one more week she can give birth anytime.
Stefan and Sarah just came back from the hospital, and Stefan was a little tense.
“Mom, even though everything is fine and baby’s growth is also perfect, still she needs somebody with her every time. Pain can be started anytime.” Stefan said, being worried.
“Stefan, I am not feeling well today and having slight back pain; can you not go to the office, please?” Sarah requested Stefan.
“I wish I could, but angel, today I have an important meeting and I have to finish my all work so that from tomorrow I can stay with you all the time,” Stefan said gloomily, to make her understand.
Sarah nod helplessly. Stefan then kissed her on the forehead, bid bye to all, and leaves for office.
“Mom, I want to take a rest; can you please send a cup of coffee?”
“You go to your room; I will bring your coffee.”
After sometimes Sarah started feeling slight pain but she ignored it, then Amy brought coffee for her and asked how is she, but Sarah said nothing. Amy said to call her if she needs anything and went from there.
After drinking a cup of coffee, her pain suddenly increased, and she shouts for Stefan. A minute later, she realized Stefan is not at home and she also forgot to bring her mobile from the living hall downstairs.
Then she started calling for Julia, Amy, and Stella alternatively for help.
The trio was busy looking after the daily house chores with servants when Stella heard the faint voice of Sarah. Seemed like calling her.
“Mom, aunt Amy, I think I heard Sarah’s voice like she is calling us.”
Amy and Julia also felt Stella was right, even they heard Sarah’s faint voice, no doubt that she is calling them.
“Let’s see, is she alright?” As Julia said, the trio ran into Sarah’s room and saw she is laying on the bed holding her bump and shouting for help.
“Stella, call Stefan and everybody fast, inform them regarding Sarah’s condition,” Julia ordered, and she and Amy sat on either side of Sarah, holding her hands.
Stella called everybody multiple times, but none of them received the call.
“Mom, nobody is receiving the call. They must be busy in meetings and mobiles were on silent mode. Let me call an ambulance, we can’t wait for more.” Stella said earnestly, and Sarah’s screaming was increasing.
“Alright, Stella, you call the ambulance and till then Amy, you please call Valerie and ask her to inform everybody that we are taking Sarah to the hospital.”
After some time, the ambulance had come and Sarah was brought to the hospital, but before them, Stefan and the other members of the family had already reached the hospital because Valerie has informed them immediately.
Stefan came towards Sarah and clasp her hand. Sarah felt a kind of relief in her heart at seeing him. When they took Sarah to the labor room, she didn’t let go of Stefan’s hand, and he also entered with her.
“Ahh Stefan, ahh it’s paining, ahh, please don’t leave my hand. Ahh, I want you to be with me.”
Sarah was talking with Stefan between screaming, and Stefan’s heart was quivering with her every scream. He didn’t go leave her hand and keep on motivating her that everything will be alright.
After the struggle of around half an hour and going through the severe intensity of shooting pain, Sarah gave birth to twins, baby boy first, then baby girl.
Stefan was adoring his twin children, one in his arms and another one is in the nurse’s arms, showing them to Sarah when suddenly she fainted, making Stefan panic. “Doctor, what happened to my wife, why she has fainted?”
“Relax Mr. Walter, she has just given birth to twins and was tired, that’s why fainted, it's common. She will regain her composure soon.”
After some time, all gathered in Sarah’s ward around her when she regains her composure, she was overwhelmed seeing her entire family is there, including her mother and granny and now two little souls also joined their family.
“Angel, I told you we should plan both blue and pink nursery for our babies, but you stopped me.”
Sarah heard Stefan's overjoying voice by her side, who was sitting beside her holding their daughter in his arms. Laura came and gave the baby boy in Sarah’s arms.
“So, you can do it now; who is stopping you?” Sarah said while adoring the infant in her arms and kept her head on Stefan’s shoulder, feeling tired.
Ronald immediately captured the moment on his mobile and send it to their family group.
Everybody admired the beautiful picture, and some of them made it their cover pic, and some made it their profile picture.
“So, did you guys decided on any name for your kids?” Jack asked.
Stefan and Sarah looked at each other, then Stefan said, “Our little boy’s name will be Asher, it means luck.”
Stefan kissed the baby boy’s forehead, who was sleeping peacefully in Sarah’s arms.
“Our princess’s name will be Arabella, that means beautiful.”
“Perfect……” everybody said in unison.
“Stefan now gives Arabella to me, it’s my turn,” Carol said.
Just then Evelyn came forward and said, “Sarah, give Asher in my arms, it’s my turn.”
A minute later Ronald yelled, “Carol, now give Arabella to me, now it’s my turn.”
“Granny Evelyn, it’s my turn,” Stella said.
“No, it’s my turn,” Jack said.
“No, it’s my turn,” Valerie said.
Elder, younger everybody has joined the war and the entire ward echoed with the sound of it’s my turn.
Stefan and Sarah looked at each other and said in unison. “Hold on guys, it’s my turn.”
