"Bloodthirsty Butcher Orgod, you are not welcome here," a deep male voice echoed in Orson's ears.
"Guardian of Purple Thunder Fortress?" Orson's expression darkened.
"Know your place, and leave now!" the voice growled.
The Guardian of Purple Thunder Fortress was a deadly creature with both poison and thunder attributes, known as the Crocodile Dragon. Though it had "dragon" in its name, it was not related to the Dragon Clan. In truth, it was a giant, poisonous alligator turtle, but due to its immense power, it had become a guardian, just like lower-ranked dragons.
"Do you want Purple Thunder Fortress to follow Pondenorlin City and declare war on me?" Orson sneered.
The Crocodile Dragon did not respond. Orson remained calm: "I came to Purple Thunder Fortress on a mission. If you dare lay a hand on me, I'll destroy you."
"Hmph, you think you can act up just because you killed an old wild dragon?" A dull thud resounded, and suddenly, a purple lightning bolt streaked through the sky. Orson's eyes narrowed as the surrounding space cracked with a sound, and a destructive aura erupted.
The Crimson Lizard King roared and unleashed its Destruction Breath, countering the purple lightning head-on.
To Orson's surprise, the purple lightning seemed alive, splitting into more than ten smaller bolts, which exploded on impact.
The Crimson Lizard King growled and stretched its neck, accepting the damage head-on. Immediately, the crimson scales on its body began to show signs of corrosion.
Exaggerated damage numbers kept popping up, and within just a few breaths, it had accumulated nearly 100,000 poison damage—an astonishing amount!
"Are you sure you want to make a move on me? Fine then!" Orson's eyes flashed with madness. The purple mist surrounded him, and although he couldn't see where the Crocodile Dragon was hiding, if Purple Thunder Fortress didn't have a barrier, then it was not his problem!
Suddenly, a massive six-pointed star appeared above Purple Thunder Fortress, and the surging fire element dispersed the poison mist.
Orson's face was cold as he raised his hands. His Sacred Realm Power Staff floated before him.
"Stop! The citizens of the city are innocent. Adventurer, don't be reckless!"
Just as the singularity fireball was about to appear, the Crocodile Dragon could no longer stay calm. It was utterly surprised that Orson was so ruthless and ready to destroy the city at a moment's notice.
Orson's voice was icy, and a bloodthirsty aura filled the air as the singularity fireball materialized and lit up the sky above Purple Thunder Fortress.
At that moment, Orson's eyes narrowed, and in the swirling purple mist, a massive shadow shifted. It was obvious that the Crocodile Dragon was hiding there.
Orson whispered, and meteors began to fall from the sky. Multiple effects were triggered as three meteors were directed toward the Purple Thunder Fortress guild's headquarters.
He didn't care about any regrets or whether the citizens were innocent.
He had been poisoned by this old turtle for no reason. There was no way he wouldn't get some revenge.
The Crocodile Dragon let out a furious roar. Suddenly, its mountain-like body leapt high into the air, flying several hundred meters into the sky!
With a large, moss-covered head, it extended toward Orson. Orson's eyes widened as the creature swallowed the Brahma's Divine Flame in one gulp!
Then, with another leap, several buildings collapsed as the Crocodile Dragon devoured the remaining three meteors!
