Orson grinned as his Chaos Magic Balls hammered Inevan II. Even without relying on specific Earth magic slow spells, the Frost Dragon Knight struggled to take even a single step under the effects of the slow debuff while in his defensive stance.
Coupled with a 2.0 attack speed boost and Whisper of the Wind, Orson's attack rate soared past a terrifying 5.0 attacks per second. This was on par with top-tier S-Class Archer builds, and only those who dumped every attribute point into Agility could hope to exceed it.
His eyes gleamed coldly as five Chaos Magic Balls fired off in a near-continuous stream, the relentless barrage forming a deadly, almost seamless line. With each strike, the slowing effect compounded.
Orson couldn't help but smirk. "How's this idiot boss supposed to play now?"

Timing it perfectly, Orson chuckled as he watched Inevan's Super Armor end. "Upset? Feel free to try another round."
Activating his -50% cooldown reduction, Orson raised his hand, clenching his fingers into a fist. Another Flame Dragon descended with a thunderous roar.
The immobilized boss had no chance to dodge.
The additional knockback effects from the fireballs further juggled Inevan into the air.
This was the power of a true Archmage.
Even the simplest C- or D-level spells became devastating tools in Orson's hands, their utility maximized to rival that of A-level magic.
In just three minutes, Inevan broke free of the control effects with another use of his Super Armor. By that time, his HP had plummeted to 50%.
Humiliated, Inevan glared at Orson with murderous intent but chose to retreat, increasing the distance between them.
Orson narrowed his eyes. "He's entered phase two."
"Valarag!" Inevan suddenly shouted at the ceiling.
A deafening rumble followed as cracks appeared in the stone above, quickly widening into a gaping fissure.
Chunks of rock rained down as Orson scrambled out of the collapse zone. Being crushed to death would be beyond embarrassing.
From the hole above, a massive creature emerged. Its head alone was enough to send chills down Orson's spine.

This ancient beast bore the scars of countless battles. Its blue-gray scales covered its colossal frame, and its wingspan stretched hundreds of meters, making the already enormous chamber feel claustrophobic.

"That damn dragon! It's been keeping itself alive with my blood for centuries. How is it not dead yet? Run!" Berenice shrieked from Orson's inventory.
Orson noticed the creature's unsteady movements. Its drastically reduced level suggested it was nearing the end of its lifespan. The dragon appeared clumsy, nearly tumbling from the broken ceiling as it struggled to stay airborne.
With a cold snort, Inevan ascended an ice bridge to mount the dragon. Seated upon his ancestral beast, he exuded a domineering aura as he gazed down at Orson.
A gruesome object tumbled from the dragon's neck: the severed head of the Crimson Lizard King.
Orson's expression hardened as his killing intent surged. "Why hasn't it vanished like other beasts…?"
Peering closer, he noticed the Lizard King's mouth was stained with pale blue flesh and blood—torn from the dragon's neck.
Sighing softly, Orson closed the beast's lifeless eyes.
For a brief moment, he thought he saw faint movement at the stump of its neck.
The Frost Dragon swooped down, bringing a storm of frost with it. The walls and ceiling crumbled under its massive wings, which cleaved through stone as though it were butter.
"Frost Dragon's Breath!" Inevan bellowed, aiming his lance at Orson.
The dragon inhaled deeply, releasing a noxious roar. The breath attack followed, spreading death and decay across everything in its path.
Quickly stowing the Crimson Lizard King's head into his Battle Space, Orson raised his staff.
Six Stone Dragons erupted from the ground, crashing into Inevan. Orson knew full well that dragon breath granted Super Armor, making it impossible to interrupt or knock the dragon down.
The only option was to focus on Inevan himself.
Just as Orson anticipated, the Frost Dragon instinctively redirected its attack to protect its rider, turning mid-flight. Its icy breath detonated behind Orson.
Orson winced as a shard of ice clipped his back. The sheer power of the fragment nearly killed him, a testament to the dragon's ferocity even in its weakened state.
"Die!" Inevan roared as the dragon dove toward Orson, lance glowing with frost magic.
Orson reacted swiftly, firing an Explosive Fireball. Before it landed, he activated Stormblade, shattering the fireball and creating a dense mist that obscured the battlefield.
Disoriented, the dragon smashed into the rocky walls, causing a massive -100,000 damage.
Seizing the opportunity, Orson dashed out of the chamber and into the goblin laboratory's corridors. The walls trembled under the dragon's attacks, but he pressed on, unflinching.
Taking out a vial of God's Liquid he had looted earlier, Orson muttered, "Can it be saved?"
"Yes! Yes, it can! Give me my sacred blood back, and I'll help you save it!" Berenice cried from his inventory.
"Do you think I'd believe you?" Orson sneered. Her panicked tone made it obvious she intended to reclaim the liquid for herself.
Ignoring her protests, Orson uncorked the vial and poured its contents over the Crimson Lizard King's severed head.
"Stop! That's a sacred relic! You're wasting it!" Berenice yelled, her tone shifting from anger to desperation.
Orson remained unfazed. The Lizard King had died protecting him; he wouldn't let it be for nothing.
A faint glow spread through the corridor as divine energy burst forth.
Suddenly, a horrifying aura filled the air, heralding the awakening of a primordial beast.
"It's… huge." Orson gaped in shock.
The Crimson Lizard King's body expanded rapidly, its wings shattering the walls around it. Massive red eyes snapped open, blazing with feral intensity.
"God's Liquid Activated!"
