My daily life after being reincarnated was quite fulfilling. As soon as I woke up in the morning, I did stretching exercises and then immediately started vocal practice. I also didn't forget to practice various acting scenes while watching TV.
Why bother studying acting? It was all for a proper role-play (RP).
What is RP, you ask? Simply put, it's the persona and concept used for activities as a Vtuber. It’s the setting of the Vtuber character. Among Vtubers, some maintained their RP well, while others did not.
Personally, I found Vtubers who didn't keep their RP to be very off-putting. What's the difference between that and a regular streamer?
'Though to be honest, I haven't watched many Vtubers.'
As a busy office worker, I rarely had time to watch them. Even when I did, it was usually shorts or clips uploaded by clippers.
'I should have watched more diligently back then.'
Now, before the industry is fully established, it's hard to know what to do. The important things for now are vocal training and acting.
If I want to be a streamer, I'll need some natural talent too...
'Broadcasting skills are hard to grasp without actually doing it.'
There were many challenges. Whether a streamer or a Vtuber, coming up with content is the most crucial part. If I plan ahead from now, I won't struggle in the future.
'I'm sure I'll be good at gaming, right?'
After all, being reincarnated should come with otherworldly reflexes. So I didn't worry about the gaming aspect.
'But what kind of RP would be good?'
Thinking about the Vtuber concept was enjoyable in many ways. Since my free time would decrease once I entered kindergarten next year, it was better to plan ahead.
'Hmm, now that I think about it, I could do it as a guy Vtuber.'
Since my male consciousness was still stronger, I thought about that, but soon shook my head. It would be foolish to waste the advantage of being born with a good voice.
So, I faithfully continued my daily routine. By the time what would have exhausted my past self within a month became a habit.
"My dear, would you like to try auditioning for child actors?"
My mother suddenly said that to me.

Casting director Kim Hyung-seok scratched his head and sighed. They were holding an audition to find a child actor for a commercial, but he couldn't shake off the feeling that they had made a mistake.
"Wouldn't it have been easier to use a known child actor?"
One staff member's remark made Kim Hyung-seok shake his head.
"Is that possible? We don't have the budget for that."
"Why is the client so stingy...?"
The staff grumbled, but there was no other choice. It wasn't a big corporate ad, but a small job from a mid-sized company.
Kim Hyung-seok had been a casting director for a long time, but this situation was rare. Usually, they would just run an ad online instead of squeezing out a budget to film a commercial.
Even the CF director was clearly a rookie without much experience.
'He's obviously a parachute hire.'
There's no way a young person like him would be directing a commercial without some connections.
Everything was handled cheaply. It was absurd that the highest-paid person was himself, the casting director. The fact that they had a proper studio prepared was a stroke of luck.
Knowing this, the rookie CF director came over to greet him first.
"Haha, well, please take care of me. I just moved from advertising design to this."
"Ah, yes, well, the client asked me to work hard with you."
"Ah, haha."
Watching the awkwardly smiling man, Kim Hyung-seok clicked his tongue. What was his name again, Cho Min-tae? Of course, Cho Min-tae couldn't know what Kim Hyung-seok was thinking and continued to speak amicably.
"Oh, Mr. Casting Director. Did you check the profiles of the kids participating in today's audition?"
"Profiles? Ah, yes, I looked at them..."
The profile photos in child actor auditions provide limited information. Especially in an open audition like this one.
"The teeth are not visible, so we need to check each one."
This was particularly critical for a food-related commercial.
Children's teeth often fall out, and it's hard to make a good-looking ad with missing teeth, so they tend to avoid those cases.
"You did narrow down the age range to around five to seven years old, right?"
"Yes. That's the age range the client wanted..."
Children under five are hard to communicate with, and those over eight don't fit the image. Among them, Kim Hyung-seok picked out one standout child.
"Has this child arrived at the audition?"
"Let me see... Not yet, I think."
''Ah, I see? I hope they come."
Seeing Cho Min-tae's disappointed reaction, Kim Hyung-seok checked the profile again.
'Five years old... and the face is indeed good.'
The eye color was unusually unique. It looked brown but seemed to have a reddish tint due to the lack of pigment. Honestly, the appearance alone was surprising. He could understand why Cho Min-tae singled out this profile.
"But you know, a child being just pretty isn't enough, right?"
"Oh, of course, I know."
Nodding, Kim Hyung-seok then turned to look at the parents and children entering the audition room. Each had a confident look, as if their child was the best.
'It looks like there aren't many experienced ones, so it might be more competitive.'
As Kim Hyung-seok thought, a subtle tension was building inside the audition room.
"Oh my, Mrs. Mi-yeon, you're here too."
"I think I saw you at the last audition. Hello, Hyun-soo."
The greetings were polite smiles, but there was an underlying sharpness in the exchange.
'You came again even though you failed last time? Aren't you embarrassed?'
'You should give up already. Your kid is just not good enough.'
Some were looking for the open audition counter, and among them were children who had received acting lessons from management.
"Our Ji-yeon is different from those kids, right?"
"Yes, Mom."
Lee Ji-yeon straightened her chest and looked around. Unlike the other trembling kids, Ji-yeon had a confident attitude.
'I'm already with a management agency.'
Though it was still a small one. But compared to kids who had never properly acted, she had received decent training.
'My Ji-yeon is the prettiest here.'
Her mother, Hong Jin-hee, looked around briefly and clicked her tongue. The other kids' makeup was a mess. They didn't seem to understand what being a child actor was about.
'We should be able to get cast without much trouble.'
This was Ji-yeon's first gig. Even the management at Galaxy Entertainment had said so.
With Ji-yeon's skills, she should easily pass a small audition like this. They were participating for the experience and to add a small line to her resume.
Clunk.
While thinking that, the door to the waiting room opened. Being close to the door, Hong Jin-hee glanced over.
"…!"
A cute girl with neatly laid long black hair. What stood out was the strange eye color. Combined with her clear face and neat appearance, she was prettier than any child actor Hong Jin-hee had seen at the agency.
But if it was just her appearance that stood out, Hong Jin-hee wouldn't have been so surprised.
'She has a different aura.'
A strangely detached feeling. It was different from the aura of actors, yet somewhat similar.
[ Do you know who she is? ]
[ How would I know? ]
It wasn't just her who felt this way, as the waiting room became more lively. Amidst the murmuring atmosphere, Seo-yeon's mother, Suah, smiled brightly.
"Look, there are friends here, Seo-yeon. But you know you're the prettiest, right?"
Holding her presumed mother's hand, Seo-yeon walked in with strange maturity. Usually, a typical child would respond to such a mother's words with a cute reaction like 'Really??' or 'Oh, stop kidding~'.
"Yes."
Her response was firm, as if it was obvious. Not just in her mother's eyes, but she seemed confident that she was the prettiest in this audition.
As a result, the mothers at the audition couldn't help but wonder who this child was.
Was she already an actress somewhere? They exchanged brief opinions but couldn't gather any information.
'Hmm.'
Watching them, Seo-yeon crossed her arms and nodded.
'This is also an experience.'
Actor auditions. Honestly, it was something I had never expected, so I was initially surprised.
But thinking about it more, it seemed like a good opportunity.
'This is also acting, after all.'
Considering my future debut as a Vtuber, it seemed beneficial to have such experiences. It would help with RP and improve my conversation skills.
'I can even use stories about having appeared in CFs or having child actor experience later.'
So, I didn't care much about the result of this audition.
'Of course, I'm the prettiest.'
My TS appearance is invincible. Ordinary girls can't compare.
Knowing that auditions aren't based solely on looks, Seo-yeon calmly plopped down on an empty seat. There wasn't a trace of the tension that a typical child would show in such an audition.
[ Is she an experienced child actor? ]
[ Or... maybe she's really from a management agency. ]
Though no manager was visible, it's common for mothers to take on that role for child actors. So, it wouldn't be surprising if Seo-yeon was from a management or a major agency.
'Our Seo-yeon is so poised.'
While various mothers and some staff whispered among themselves, Seo-yeon's mother, Suah, kept gently stroking Seoyeon's round head.
To her, her daughter was simply the cutest.
