The next few weeks after the couple's talk that night was extra hectic.
Xiaolei was busy during the day in her company but as per her boss' request, she left the company and headed to Star Castle at four.
Xiaolei worked with, Lin Z, the talented and award winning producer Yu Chen had hired. Surprisingly, the two were amazingly compatible. It was almost as if Yu Chen chose Lin Z not because of his reputation but actually because he knew that his taste in music would be in sync with what Xiaolei wanted.
Lin Z was quite amazed with Xiaolei, not just because of her singing skill and song writing talent but also because of her talent in producing. She was just a one of a kind artist. There was no doubt that she was a genius but the biggest thing Lin Z liked about her was her open mindedness. She was easy to work with and she was humble. She was that type of an artist that everyone in the team would support with all their hearts.
Xiaolei had written nine songs out of the twelve songs in her album, most of which are the songs she wrote when Yu Chen was still unconscious. Two of the songs were written by her babies and one song from Lin Z.
The everyday life of Xiaolei had become visibly brighter. She was always energetic even during the times when there were emergency in her company.
After all twelve songs were finally successfully recorded and polished to perfection, it was finally time for shooting the music videos.
Because of Xiaolei's limited time, she had used Saturdays and Sundays for the shooting. They even did one scene during the night.
Everyone worked overtime to finish everything. It was a very exhausting weeks but because of Xiaolei's passion, hard work and unwavering spirit, everyone was encouraged. There's no way they, the staffs, would lax or even get tired if their artist was like this. Even Lin Z was bewildered.
Finally, everything was done. The turn of events were pretty smooth and every one was excited. Of course, Xiaolei was the one who was the most excited.
It's been three weeks since Xiaolei first went to Star Castle. She was exhausted but with the support of her beloved husband, and everyone, everything was under control and all she could do was smile with satisfaction and gladness.
That night, Xiaolei fell asleep in the car on their way back to Scarlet Hill. She was sleeping on Yu Chen's lap, while the man was caressing her head. He was staring at her saying the words, 'good job' silently.
These past weeks were extremely hectic that the couple hardly even had the time to talk. They only kissed each other with simple and quick pecks on the lips.
And she often times fall asleep instantly once they're home. Of course, Yu Chen missed their intimate moments but he understood and he could wait. He loved watching her doing what she wanted. Just staring at her while she sings with all her heart and mind was enough. He really loved watching and hearing her sing.
After tucking her on the bed, Yu Chen went to the underground clinic for his scheduled check up. And finally, another good news made him smile.
He was finally recovered. Yang Jin told him that the therapist won't be coming back anymore.
"Congratulations Yu Chen," the doctor grinned at him. "I just want to tell you that there was no need for you to hold back anymore." He added with a meaningful gaze before he ran away.
Yu Chen was left there blushing.
When he returned to their room, he stared at his wife and his reddened face worsened. He suddenly felt hot.
His hand moved and touched her lips. And then, he bent down and kissed her. Xiaolei didn't wake up but she opened her mouth for him. She also moaned as if she was kissing him in her dreams.
That thought made the big bad wolf smile and he pushed his tongue deeper inside her mouth. He kissed her passionately as always but his desire for her was strangely stronger this time. He was having a hard time holding back. Was it because they didn't do anything for these past three weeks? Or could it be because of the news Yang Jin had told him?
Yu Chen felt his body turned even hotter and before he knew it, his lips was already travelling downwards. He kissed her cheeks, the hollow bellow her ear, her neck and then her collarbones.
That moment, he was really like a hungry big bad wolf, unable to control himself. His lips was about to reach her cleavage when Xiaolei moved, causing him to froze.
"Mmmm…." She moaned and Yu Chen finally realized what he was doing. He hastily straightened and moved away from her.
He shook his head and loosened up neck tie. He was sweating hard. He run his fingers though his hair, looking like he couldn't believe himself. And then, he dashed towards the bathroom.

The next morning, Xiaolei woke up early as usual but Yu Chen didn't let her leave the bed.
"It's okay, I already told Gu Jinyang to cancel all your schedules for today." He said and Xiaolei's eyes widened.
"What?"
"Don't worry, you deserve a good break today. You're exhausted. Listen to your husband's request just for today, okay?" he pleaded, even looking at her like a puppy pleading for her mommy to stay and cuddle him the whole day.
Xiaolei was speechless. Its been such a long time since this man attacked her with all his cuteness.
"You're not going to work today as well?" she asked and Yu Chen nodded.
In the end, Xiaolei could only agree.
"Hubby, I had a dream last night," she told him and her eyes narrowed when her husband suddenly blushed.
Xiaolei suddenly stood and went straight towards the mirror. When she saw kiss marks on her nape and collarbones, her mouth turned agape.
Her head snapped towards the man on the bed just to see him already covered with blanket, obviously faking sleep to hide.
"This big bad wolf!" Puffing her cheeks, Xiaolei jumped on him.
