The spores from King Primal swept out and entered the bodies of the Phoenix Legion.
The True Magitech Throne did not see much else from it, apart from the fact that an instant later, the expressions of the phoenixes became solemn as their prideful heads bowed toward King Primal.
It was an ecstatic scene that the ruler of one of the Thirteen Colony Dynasties witnessed, as well as the video feeds within the Kingdom of Neon itself, as the higher-ups observed such a display of power.
Down below, an entire Holy Hyacinthus Mountain Flower had been swept away, and apart from the dazzling, river-like purple waves that were gushing into the feet of King Primal, an incandescent purple crystal that had been budding at the very top of this mountain had disappeared into his feet. At this moment, only the scattering Evolutius Beasts could be seen below.
Among them were scrambling Dharma Manifestation Ancient Ones who had been gathering around the Holy Hyacinthus Mountain Flower to obtain what, at the end of the day, King Primal obtained.
And King Primal seemed to see them as well, as he voiced out to the recently submitted figures of the regal Phoenix Legion now bowing their heads toward him.
"Chase down the scattering Dharma Manifestation Ancient Ones and bring them to me. Work with the Draconic Hybrids and prove yourselves useful… or you will join their mindless Legion."
Cruel words echoed from him as the radiant and prideful phoenixes had their feathers vibrate before they looked down across the Cenotaph Wild Lands and roared, sweeping out toward it like a roaring tide of fire.
Thereafter, the True Magitech Throne was one of the few privy to a scene that she felt she should not even witness.
She saw as the majestic Dharmic Ethereal Self—King Primal had conjured out—began to scatter, and his small humanoid body came to be once more.
She saw as his eyes, once filled with cold apathy and majesty, faded entirely as his figure approached the verdant, flaming Rose.
The True Magitech Throne saw his cold and apathetic gaze instantly brim with life and love as he came right in front of her and used his hands to push her flaming hair aside.
And the regal Phoenix Queen, who had just domineeringly commanded and taken control of over one hundred Dharma Manifestation Phoenixes, actually showed a shy and embarrassed expression as she spoke to him while shaking her head.
The True Magitech Throne stood there, stunned.
What she was seeing now was unlike any of the terrifying nature and capability these two beings had shown in the last few minutes.
She didn't know what they were talking about, but she could see it in their movements and their eyes.
King Primal went to her as if gauging whether she was okay. And though she wanted to tell him that she was fine, he remained worried.
Because the phoenixes had appeared because of her lineage.
He wanted to make sure she didn't blame herself, and to convince him, she rolled her eyes. The True Magitech Throne could not help but use her authority to peek in and listen from the corner of her eyes while pretending she was actually staring at the scattering Ancient Ones being chased by phoenixes.
She watched as Rose wrapped her arms around the neck of King Primal and pulled him in while whispering in his ear.
"Little Fatty, I told you I'm okay. I'm more worried about you. I can see it in your eyes… you have that look of wanting to take care of something big all alone. But remember, you're not alone anymore. I won't blame myself for anything if you keep me in the loop for everything, okay?"
Her words were tender.
The True Magitech Throne almost shook her head in shock as she listened. Truly, everything she was seeing and hearing was that of a young woman in love.
She pulled back to look into the eyes of the man who had just decimated a Luminblood Stage Astral Core Ascension Phoenix—and decimated was actually a light word, since this being had pulled apart her very muscles, organs, and bones. And he nodded while putting his forehead against hers.
The King and Queen floated in the skies silently, adorned in purple-gold Primordium Evolutius Magitech Suits that burned gold with Living Scripts, their foreheads touching, their eyes closed as if lost in their own world.
As if, even if everything else burned around them, they would be okay.
The True Magitech Throne trembled, having never felt such a level of love herself in all her life. She had been focused and raised to be a ruler since she was young.
She couldn't help but feel just a tad bit jealous.
But even that emotion, she quickly controlled and pushed down, because now was not the time.
They all had to understand where things went from here.
They were now under the eyes of one of the Nine Supreme Forces.
She dreaded to think about what the response and retaliation would be as soon as things became clear.
But she simply could not bring herself to interrupt the King and Queen floating serenely in the skies in silence.
Her ear buzzed as a voice transmitted through her distant Magitech Frame.
"O True Magitech Throne! Our Capital… our Capital is rising to the skies!"
These were the words of one of her commanders whom she had left behind—not her brother, whom she had slowly stripped of authority and warned not to act or do absolutely anything.
She whispered into her earpiece, her communication traveling extremely fast toward the other side, a few thousand miles away, as she received a reply soon.
"A scaffolding of purple and gold has already wrapped underneath the Colony Capital, just as you mentioned. Down below… the golden figure of King Primal is alone, releasing seas of gold and purple light that are covering everything! But truly, the Capital is airborne, and all threats of Leyline Fractures and Evolutius Catacombs…"
Her commander did not finish her words, but the emotion in her voice was clear.
And the True Magitech Throne could not help but be shocked as she looked toward King Primal again.
While he was battling with a Luminblood Stage Astral Core Ascension Phoenix, he still had the energy and focus to have his Avatar return to her Capital and proceed with their plan? Alone?
He didn't even use the Titan Dwarves for help as he did to raise Neon?
And the more she thought about it, the more incredulous she became, as the newly forming image—where she had actually humanized King Primal upon seeing him console the woman he loved—slowly broke down again.
He became unfathomable and hard to understand in her eyes once more.
She sighed. While she didn't want to interrupt their moment, she still had to see what came next. She began flying toward the King and Queen in the distance.
