Jackson's expression was troubled as he turned toward Dr. Shaw—another Transcendent Human of this glorious Colony. No, was it the Kingdom of Neon now?
His voice held uncertainty. As if he already knew the answer but needed to hear it spoken aloud.
Even before Dr. Shaw could answer, Jackson pressed on.
"I know how far your brilliance with the Andromeda Sentinels extends. You told me once, back when you connected your AI system to the Lunaris Colony Dynasty's mainframe. You've been hiding information since then, haven't you? I have to ask- is it true? Has the Lunaris Throne falsely labeled others as Heretics before? And is it happening again, right now? Have they truly joined hands with the Ancient Ones? Is the Evolutius Beast Swarm outside…their doing?"
Jackson's pupils glowed—burning with the golden light of the crosses etched in his irises.
Beside him, Dr. Shaw's face shifted through many expressions before he finally sighed, gazing at the distant clash unfolding in the skies.
"All of it is true, and more."
His voice was heavy. Resigned.
"My little Andromeda was able to break into the Lunaris Dynasty's internal systems. What they store on their servers…the things they've done, they're almost impossible to believe. And I—I've had this knowledge the entire time. But what good did it do me? I couldn't stop it. Even now, there's not much I can do, except perhaps let someone else use it. Maybe expose them. But in my eyes, the actions that the common people don't know about? The more powerful members of the Thirteen Dynasties do. So what use would exposure be?"
His expression twisted with self-deprecation and sorrow.
The look of someone who once wanted the power to make a difference—and couldn't.
Overseer Jackson's face paled.
He clenched his fists, hard, his gaze locked on the distant figure of the man they now called King Primal.
He said the word as if a decision had been carved into his bones.
"So the Lunaris Colony Dynasty has abandoned us. They've even sent a Beast Swarm to wipe us out. And in all this… we have one man—one we don't even fully understand—standing alone to oppose them. A man capable of standing against a Dharma Manifestation Entity. He's the only one defending Neon and its people. So the least we can do…is give him our support."
"You've been hiding the full power of your Andromedas AI all this time. How about now? Unleash them. Let the world see what they're truly capable of."
There was rage in Jackson's voice—deep, righteous fury.
He had family in the Colony City of Neon.
And now, they were all marked for death, just like that?
It was maddening—to be so powerless as your world crumbled. Someone had to pay.
"The real strength of your Sentinels doesn't lie in their Evolutius Crystals or robotic enhancements. It's the Artificial Intelligence—I've always known that. Can you use Andromeda to sever all communications between us and the capital, Virelux Ascendria? Can you trigger a complete blackout? Because if we're to defend ourselves now—if we are to stand behind the one man willing to fight for us—then we declare our independence. If this is to be the Kingdom of Neon, then so be it. Because the alternative is letting our city be devoured by beasts… and our people branded as heretics, slaughtered without a second thought. So, can you do it?!"
Jackson's golden eyes blazed as he roared the question.
Dr. Shaw straightened slowly. His expression sharpened into conviction as he turned to his Sentinels.
"It seems…a revolution is upon us, girls."
"Let's start by taking control of that Lunaris Dreadnought. And more importantly—we need to keep order across Neon. The people need to know they are protected. They must not feel abandoned. So…"
