The location of the royal suite was excellent. They went through a shaded path, passed through two red wooden bridges before seeing a villa with a red roof appear before them.

The first floor’s living room was hollow with a height of at least five meters. A huge gold chandelier was hung in the center of the room, grand and elegant. The stairs were made of wood in a spiral design with an elevator at its core.

Ye Lingchen smiled in satisfaction. It was ready for him to move in immediately. That would save him a lot of trouble.
If it were any other villa, it would have to go through renovations. That would mean at least another year before he could move in which was an inconvenience.
Zhang Yunxi stood dumbfounded at the door. She was stunned by the overwhelming luxury of such a sigh, not daring to even take a step inside.
In her mind, only castles in a fairy tale could be a match for this place.
It took her some time to muster her courage before she finally stepped foot inside.
“Lingchen, you’re amazing,” Zhang Yunxi sighed in resignation as she checked out the villa.
This house, a dream house for so many people, was so easily purchased by Ye Lingchen.
“Yunxi, this will be my home in the future. At my place, you don’t have to be so reserved,” Ye Linghen said with a smile.
Zhang Yunxi nodded in acknowledgment. Right then, her phone vibrated. A total of RMB1,260,000 was transferred into her bank account!
With some simple deduction, she realized that it was her commission for this unit that Ye Lingchen purchased.

“Yunxi, I’m not helping you. I want to start up a store. Do you think I’ll be working for someone else after I graduate?” Ye Lingchen continued, “That’s why I want to start a store now. Isn’t it better to directly be a boss right after I graduate?”
Zhang Yunxi went silent. Ye Lingchen’s reasoning made sense.
“Yunxi, I’m still a student. My time is limited. In Capital City, I only have you as someone I can trust. You must help me!” Ye Lingchen struck while the iron is hot, “I’m only investing, but you’re putting in the effort. All the administrative work will be done by you alone. We’ll each be taking a 50 percent cut of the profit!”

“Then that’s a deal!” Ye Lingchen laughed out loud, “I’ll transfer the money to you right away. I’ll leave the store location and recruitment to you then!”
“But... what store are we running?” Zhang Yunxi frowned.
“I’ve decided on that. It’ll be a cosmetic store!” Ye Lingchen exclaimed, “Even the name is set. We’ll call it Y-Cosmetics! I plan to create the world’s number one cosmetics brand!”

She was struggling financially. Other than some moisturizers, she had never touched other cosmetics, much less help others with makeup.
