In the hall, a bonfire blazed as Blood Axe - Nidhron suddenly opened his eyes, roused from his light slumber by faint cries. The burly warrior of the Barbarian Race picked up the beheading axe beside him, grabbed a jug of wine in one hand, and drank deeply while walking. Honey wine trickled down his hairy chest.
When the heavy doors were pushed open,
his pupils, under the firelight, had turned entirely blood-red, as if a bloodthirsty beast was trapped within his body!
Blood Axe - Nidhron’s heavy breathing was like a grizzly bear’s. His gaze pierced the darkness, focusing on the southwest direction of the town. The heavy armor didn’t hinder his movement; he sprinted like a hunting tiger, charging towards the source of the screams.
That man has come again!
After assassinating King Hengist of the Kent Kingdom, Duncan alone altered the entire situation on Great Britain.
The emerging Kent Kingdom was gradually falling apart. The King’s brother, Hosa, with his outstanding military achievements and personal strength, could have reunited the kingdom. But at the critical moment, the Anglo-Saxons, displaying the British Empire’s tradition of causing chaos, turned to support the deceased King’s son, Eske, for the throne.
Hengist and Hosa were both of Jutish origin.
With the King’s death, the Anglo-Saxons started scheming. Their wavering allegiance plunged the newly established Kent Kingdom into turmoil. With Anglo-Saxon support, Eske was now able to contend with his uncle.
This caused the Kent Kingdom to almost split in two, with the East Kent Kingdom under Eske’s control and the West Kent Kingdom under Hosa’s.
This skillful chaos, a true legacy of the British Empire, gradually weakened and divided the Jutes.
Once the first Germanic Barbarian Race branch to establish a nation, they were now trapped in a civil war over the throne.
"Cut off his head and offer it to Hosa! Then he can reunify the Kent Kingdom!"
Blood Axe - Nidhron saw the bodies in the darkness, each killed by a single shot, arrows piercing through eye sockets. In the alley shadows, under flickering firelight, another Saxon elite axeman was shot in the head, the French throwing axe cleaving his skull open, spilling blood and brains everywhere.
Groups of Barbarian soldiers were assembling.
The Saxon Forest Hunters fired in the enemy’s direction, but under the cover of night, they couldn’t achieve the ghostly prowess of the Ghost Ranger’s hundred shots hundred hits.
Bodies, bodies, and more bodies.
Blood Axe - Nidhron’s chest seemed oppressed by a smoldering fury. He picked up a shield, wielded the two-handed war axe single-handed, and slammed it in front of him to break through a wooden fence blocking his path, as if that could vent some of his rage.

Duncan had encountered this enemy once before.
He had charged through the Duke of Dingtiger’s personal guard, killing two or three Lager Knights, and managed to break through the encirclement.

Duncan decisively stopped, turned back, drew his bow, and shot an arrow at the enemy’s head.
At the instant the arrow flew, Blood Axe - Nidhron raised his shield, protecting his head; the arrow embedded itself into the wooden shield.
Another one with physical capabilities far surpassing ordinary people.
He was running faster than Duncan, and if Duncan hadn’t been alert and retreated early, he might have fallen into a heavy encirclement. With Duncan’s current physical abilities, he still couldn’t infiltrate like in Assassin’s Creed; his method was to eliminate all witnesses.
