Infantry formations are scarce, just loose and tight formations, along with Rome’s standard shield wall and turtle shell arrays, the latter requiring higher training.
There’s not much to say about archers, with little room for command.
Higher-level coordination between infantry shields and archers is currently impossible, likely lacking the corresponding command skills, requiring high discipline support.

In other words, if Duncan gives orders to a group of farmers with no training or discipline, it will still be a chaotic mess.
His talent primarily applies to himself and cannot affect others.
Duncan couldn’t find any mark regarding the ’Commander’ ability, indicating that it’s up to the soldiers’ military literacy in real-time scenarios.
However, when a unit is restructured, he can see the extra noted discipline.
If there is a ’Discipline’ mark, it indicates that the unit’s military literacy is relatively high, not a ragtag group wielding weapons.
Training, discipline, and morale.
This represents all the content on the tactical command interface of the projection screen. Meeting these three conditions makes a unit capable of becoming a main combat force.

Duncan hasn’t truly commanded an army yet; the battle against the Exile Rebel Army was just a small skirmish. If faced with a regular army, the Exile Rebel Army would be easily crushed.
The exiles must restructure their forces, concentrating combat-capable units to form new combat organizations.

The captured materials were primarily food, but they also included enough equipment for a Field Army to arm more than thirty people, and the scale armor of the Imperial Field Army is quite solid. Combined with the exiles’ existing weapons and equipment, forming a two-hundred-strong mercenary group is feasible.
The number of exiles in the western region of the Empire is vast, and with the massive invasion of the Barbarian Race, the number of refugees will only grow.
Because the Barbarian Race also needs slaves.
As long as Anya can take a piece of land, even nominally, they can easily migrate populations over. A crowd of over ten thousand people can be recruited with ease.
