I left Isla alone to attend to the pack as their leader, they haven't seen me for a long time so there was much to say and complain.
After sometime, I went back to our sit to find out that she isn't sitter their again, I looked around but couldn't see her.
"But I told her to sit here and wait for me!, Why is she so stubborn!" I cursed as I ruffled my hair, soon they will announce her and she should be on stage by then.
I could hear her voice quite low unlike usual, she was obviously not okay, I couldn't hear her well enough but I Know that she was in trouble.
"Hey… Have you seen your Luna?" I asked the bartender as she looked around.
"I think I saw her going to the convenience" she said as I quickly rushed towards the convenience.
I knew that something was wrong, I could feel Axls presence, I knew and expected him to show up, he keeps crossing my path, I just hope he hasn't done anything stupid to her.
"I will punish him this time around" I clicked my tongue in annoyance as I entered inside the convenience.
I could see that Axl tried running, but I already casted a horrible spell on him, I turned to see innocent Isla shivering in fear, who knows what Axl told her.
She is just too fragile to go through some stuffs like this, she has passed through alot and I can't bare to see her going through shits like this.
"Isla are you okay?, Hope he didn't hurt you?" I asked walking towards her as she suddenly hugged me tight, I didn't expect that from her at all.
I felt the warmth of her body, my heartbeat increased, I felt much more attached to her than ever, I was happy that she felt safe on my arms… The feeling was magic, I couldn't help but to smile inwardly as I caressed her hair.
"Let's get going, the packs are waiting to see you" I said and gently pulled her out and cleaned her tears "you will be fine" I said and made to lead her out as I turned to angry looking venom wolf.
"You will remain here until the next full moon" I said as he pursed his lips in shock, he actually deserved more than that.
We walked out of the convenience and headed to the stage, I could feel that she was nervous and by her thoughts it was obvious that she hasn't addressed a full crowd before.
I addressed the pack as they all cheered, I was so pleased to know that they loved their Luna.
"You all know how long I have been waiting to see her, now finally I found her, you all should show her love, care and respect… Anyone that dares to cross her path will not go unpunished!"
" His mate is a human!" A voice came from the entrance as everyone gasped, I knew it was Emma from her voice, what is her plan this time?, How did she escape from the locked cage… Oh yeah, I know she has a spy in my mansion but I decided to keep cool and watch what they are planning together, but guess they should be ready to face the repercussion.
"The alpha's mate is human and we all know how the humans ruined the wolf nation in the past, we hate humans and there is no way we are allowing one into the wolf nation!!" She yelled as I sucked my teeth by the silence and the packs eyes on me.
"You all know that the alpha has the right to have any mate at all, Isla here is my mate and she is human no doubts but still I love her, I am a half human and that makes us more perfect together, and I have the right to mate her because we are bound together by fate and the pack got no right to choose my mate" I said "Guards!… Bring the vamp wolf over here!" I said as they forcefully pulled her over.
"The vamp wolf is heartless, I'd prefer if the alpha kills her!!" One of the packs said from the crowd.
Emma was pushed to the floor forcefully with her head faced down.
"Tie her hands to the back" I said as one of the guards tied her up.
"Get me the axe…" I said stretching my hands over as the axe was handed over to me. "By the power vested to me as the Alpha from my father the supreme, I hereby claim the head of the vamp wolf Emma" I said and raised the axe, I could see Isla eyes closed tightly not wanting to see…
"Please wait alpha!" She said standing up "I have something to say"
"Go ahead"
" I will really appreciate if you grant me grace of two full moons so that I can go find my mate before my death hence I am rejected by you that I love" she said in a bow.
" I grant you your wish, but you will go back to the cage and complete your punishment till the first full moon, this is for escaping and ruining my mates welcome party" I said and snapped to the guards " take her away" I said and faced the pack. " This party is over" i said as I took Isla's hands and made out of the hall.
ISLA
He was just so angry that he didn't Know how badly he was hurting my hands as he pulled me with him outside.
Remembering that the Alpha said he is half human and half werewolf basically a dae-mon got me thinking, it was as if what I read in book where coming to life.
How will a human fuck a wolf?, Where is that thought coming from, and the Alpha calling me his soulmate was insane, how will he want to force me into being his soulmate when I don't love him, I can't see myself dating and fucking a goddamn wolf!.
We drove back to his mansion as he came down from the car still angry, I wondered why he was still all that angry for a matter that is settled.
After some seconds he came out with the maid that hates me and one of the guards as he pushed them to the floor roughly.
"This werewolf here has been working for the vamp wolf Emma against me, she's been spying I and my mate for Emma!" He said as we all gasp, I was shocked, that was why she hated me so much!, She thought I was fighting for the Alpha with her Emma because Emma loves the Alpha.
"And this guard here must explain how Emma escaped from the very strong cage" he yelled and used the whip on his hand to flay his back, that was so hard that I felt the pains of the guard.
"Ahhhhh… Please alpha let me speak I am innocent!" He cried as he fell to the ground out if much pain.
"Speak before I hand you over to the guards to flay your skin!" The alpha yelled as the guard cried.
"Alpha… The only thing I can remember is Nelly serving me a cup of caffe-latte that I didn't ask for, all I know is that I woke up from a sudden sleep to find my key in the wrong position… So alpha I suspect Nelly took the key from my pocket" I cried "I am sorry for my carelessness alpha" he cried, I could hear the sincerity in his voice.
The Alpha turned to the already crying Nelly, she was just so speechless and guilty.
"I will punish you for your carelessness, I won't let you go free" the alpha said and snapped to the guards "take him to the dungeon" he said and turned to Nelly who bowed in shame "I am claiming your head for being prodigal" the Alpha said as the axe was handed to him, I quickly turned to the car backing them in other not to see the crazy incident.
